Not the size advertised

Good quality and I like the bag...however it is advertised as 12' long and 9 1/2' wide. The bag I recieved is 10' long and 8' wide. It fits nicely on a 2007 H-D XL1200R. The fuel tank is a 3.3 gallon tank.
