Shipping and Processing Time Frame

Most orders are usually picked, packed and shipped within the same business day if placed before 3:00 pm EST. 
(Monday Cut off time frame 11:00 am est) 
All orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday only.

You will be emailed once your has shipped. Tracking info and carrier will be available in your online account. 

Stock Availability

Our inventory is on a first order first shipped basis. We cannot hold items for orders that are not placed. Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible. Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship. In rare cases if your order is not shipped complete our customer service staff will contact you and let you know what item was not shipped. Please note, items with low stock are not guaranteed shipment due to stock availability. We will reach out to you if we are unable to fulfill the order. 

Pre-Order Option

Items ordered that have a "Pre-Order" option will ship as soon as the item is restocked and becomes available, the product will provide you with an expected ship date. If you happen to place an order and have multiple items ordered, we will process and ship out the in stock item and ship the Pre-Order item once it is available. -Please note: Certain orders will be held until the Pre-Order item is available to ship out due to shipping cost involved.

Tracking Numbers

Your FedEx, UPS,USPS or Ontrac tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your order is shipped. You can also obtain your tracking numbers by logging onto the website under My Account link on the top of the page. You only need to sign up once, for future orders just remember your e-mail address and password. You don't need to sign up again. Just log in to your account to place additional orders, obtain tracking numbers, and invoice(s).

No prior authorization is needed. Satisfaction Guaranteed or your money back. At LeatherUp.com we stand behind our products 100%. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply ship the unused product(s) back to us according to the return directions for a full refund of your purchase price (this does not include your original shipping cost). No prior authorization is needed as long as you ship back your order within our 30 day Return Policy.

Shipping to P.O. Box Address

Most PO BOX orders will ship via USPS Delivery time will vary 5-10 business days from the date the order is picked up. If you would like a faster turn around time, please have your order shipped to a physical address.

If shipping to Alaska or Hawaii you must select  the shipping methods provided to you to have the order shipped. We are unable to ship to these 2 states using the Ground Shipping Method or Offer Free Shipping.

Can I ship my order to a different state or address from my billing address?

You certainly may ship to any address you wish keep in mind, All orders that consist of two different address will be delayed until your order has been verified. We at LeatherUp.com apologize if this may cause any inconvenience, the order will be delayed until it has been verified by our staff or our verification system. 

APO FPO (All other U.S. Military)

Shipping cost will be calculated during check out.

Please follow these steps:

City field: Enter "APO" "FPO" or "DPO." 
State field: Enter "AE", "AA", or "AP" depending on where the recipient is stationed. 
Country field: Always select "United States" from the drop-down menu regardless of where the recipient is stationed. 

Delivery time frame will be provided to you once the package has shipped. You will be emailed tracking and shipment info.



Hawaii & Alaska Customers

Unfortunately we are unable to offer Free Shipping.

Please select the proper shipping method to have your order shipped. Please provide a full shipping address, do not abbreviate the shipping address as the order will be delayed if the address is abbreviated.

Please Note:Due to Certain Products and Brand’s shipping limitations, shipments can take up to 2 weeks for processing, shipment and delivery.

We will notify you to advise of the delay if you have ordered an item that will have a shipping delay.
The original shipping method will be used.
Shipping cost will not be refunded.

Canceling Orders

LeatherUp.com reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.We are not able to cancel any orders that have been submitted to our warehouse for shipment. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing begins.

Re-Routing / Address Corrections on Shipped Packages

Customers will be responsible to pay a fee of $10-$15 to reroute or make an address correction on a package once it has been released to our carrier, Additional shipping cost may apply to have your package rerouted or intercepted to a different address. Additional verification maybe required. Due to or high order volume it is difficult for us to locate your order once processing begins. We cannot make any modifications to your order once it has been submitted to our warehouse. Most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after it has been placed therefore we submit orders placed within minutes to our warehouse.

Rejecting Packages or Undelivered Packages

If your package is rejected or marked as returned to shipper upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The actual amount we paid to have your order ship will be deducted from the total of your order as (FedEx/UPS/USPS/ONTRAC/CARRIER USED FOR SHIPMENT) will bill our account a second time to return the package to our warehouse facility.

Our goal is to provide each of our customers with total satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, return it to us for exchange, store credit, or money back refund. All returns must be made within 30 days from when the order is delivered. No item that is returned damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. We thank you for the opportunity to show you how much we can save you. There is no reason to pay retail when you can pay far less, buying directly from a major U.S. leather supplier.

Shipping to an Incorrect address / Incomplete Address / Missing Address info

Leatherup nor the carrier used for shipment will take any liability on an order that was shipped to an incorrect address, old address or an address that is missing address info such as Apartment #, Unit # , Business Name, Ste # recipient name. We provide all fields during check out to add necessary delivery info, therefore failing to provide a complete address and reporting a package as non-delivered or never received will be a total loss to you as we are unable to take liability on an error that was made during check out. We ship the orders as placed to the address provided by the customer during check out.

International Orders

CANADA & ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

You can place the order directly on LeatherUp.com, Our customer service team is unable to process International Orders.


Our website converts the USD $ price to your countries currency. 

All international orders will be processed by LeatherUp.com and verified prior to shipment.  Your order should ship within 2 - 4 business days.
