Heated Softshell Jacket

Husband loves it! Got it for him as a Christmas gift to use when riding the motorcycle. Have only taken 3 trips since Christmas but he says he couldn't be happier. Blocks the wind, rain, and cold!

Warm coat but, not durable

I bought this coat a month ago for my husband who works outdoors in cold temperatures. Already, there is a hole/tear in the pocket and hole under the arm. This does not seem to be a durable coat. My husband said that the coat does keep him warm. I purchased the warranty but, I read a few bad reviews on the return process. I will update this with a review on how well the return process is performed.

The jacket fit smaller than

The jacket fit smaller than usual. I would recommend going up a size if you order. Nice jacket, heats well, but the arm length was too short and overall too small for my dad. I requested a return and had no problems! Customer service is great and easy to work with.

Good jacket

This is overall a good jacket. The quality seems to be decent and it works well. The one main issue that is keeping me from giving it a higher rating is that it is extremely undersized compared to the size on the label. I would highly recommend ordering at least two sizes larger than you normally wear if you want a comfortable and not very snug fit.

Excellent!!

I bought this jacket for my husband because he works outside in the elements and he works at night. I wanted to make sure he stayed warm when he was outside! He said it keeps him warm all night long. He wears it' everywhere we go now.. I couldn't have gotten him a better gift for Christmas. He Z and loves it, and I am so glad it does the job it was intended for!
