Was dead on. I treated it with Mink Oil then heated with a heat gun letting the mink oil permeate. Then rubbed any remaining residue into the leather while still warm. Fit was perfect! Finish of hardware was top notch. My only wish was that ML would put a 2way zipper.

First leather vest and so far It's amazing. My closet smells of leather and It's super comfortable to wear. I used some leather cleaner and conditioner and wearing it constantly to help break it it. Sizing was pretty exact. I did not want to go too small but leather will naturally stretch over time. Solid investment though. Highly recommend.
Just finished 800 mile trip with this vest. Heavy leather and fit is good. Feels good and looks good. I am 5'11' and 220lbs, athletic build and bought XL. There's enough room for an undershirt easily but without one, still sits down nice and doesn't flap around in the wind. If you are my size and weight but are shaped a little different with a gut, you may want to size up. The bottom button is a little tight when I'm sitting on the bike. Only thing I do not like is the pocket design. Cell pocket is useless. It's too small for iPhone 14 plus. I'm not sure it would fit the regular iPhone 14, It's pretty small. The concealed carry pockets open wide and anything in those pockets falls out easily when you bend over. The snaps prevent that but they do NOT snap very tightly. I carry an sig 938 and it literally fell out at a gas station (yes, it was strapped into the elastic bands). Thank god for the safety on that gun. Cell phone had to go in the big CC pockets so that also fell out more than once. I had to make sure I was holding my pockets for the rest of the trip.

I purchased this less than a month ago and it's the first leather vest I've owned. The leather is really well finished and feels great to the touch but also feels like it will provide good protection. I ordered an XL so it would fit over my Jackets and it fits snug but is not uncomfortable. I am 6', 190lbs, 46' chest. The finish of the leather is quite good, all the stictchingand snaps , are well done, but I think they could use a heavier zipper considering how nice the rest of the vest seems to be constructed. The inside CCW pockets are a nice addition and do what's expected. I am very pleased with the Milwaukee Leather LKM3713 Men's 'Quick Draw' Black Leather Dual Closure Club Vest and would recommend it as a very good value for the amount of money spent.

So many things to love about this jacket! Great quality, is actually heavier than my other (Sedici) jacket, and that might take some getting used to, but I think that's because the armor is thicker in this one. The accordion stretch detail on the shoulders allows for more flexibility, but what I really appreciate is the zippers in the back.
As a woman with wider hips, having the zippers in the back allow for just a bit more room for a more comfy fit.
I dont particularly care for the yellow/gold lining being visible but that's a minor con to an otherwise great jacket!
Love my new chaps! I couldn't be happier with these chaps they fit great and keep my legs warmer, i will only buy my leathers from leather up from now on!
