The Storm XC is an insulated, waterproof and adjustable snow jacket from Joe Rocket. Featuring a Catseye PU coating and varied insulation in both the arms and both, the Storm XC's shell is waterproof and its core is impeccably warm. Finished with a fleece-lined collar and cuffs, the XC is as comfortable as it is warm.

So far so goog

I've had it wet 3 or 4 trips in the rain 200 miles more or less and one 350 mile trip at 32' one hundred miles an hour... for that you WILL NEED ! .....thick fleece sweatshirt /hoodie and layers as needed..... And so far it has done well. The only thing that would make it 100% is a much higher collar with a V-strap.....
Oh.... I am 6ft. 275 lb. always wear a 3X but got this in a 4X so I could add layers............It fit like a' Big Guy ' 4X should fit ! But Very LIGHT weight.
