i have been contacting team for refund of the first payment - 18 days and still no refund..
they have receive d the package and told me they refunded money 18 days ago ? why it takes 18 days or longer to receive refund

Return Policy

Ordered a helmet based on size instruction not arrived and was too big so I processed an exchange. If you exchange then there’s no return shipping cost. But the size is not available so all I could get is store credit AND had to pay for the return shipping. Seems odd that they don’t have stock and it costs me the shipping of the returned item. And I can’t get a refund to go elsewhere to buy the correct size
