Milwaukee Leather SFM1875 Men's New Zealand Lambskin Leather with Shirt Style Collar

I ordered a jacket for my son for Christmas, under the fashion leather jackets tab and it came in damaged. It was an endeavor to try to get this returned, and a shipping label provided not at my cost.
Finally talked to a guy named Mark who was awesome and was able to get everything squared away, and I ordered another jacket with Mark over the phone, that's also listed as a fashion leather jacket.
When it came in the jacket was beautiful but the sleeves were extremely long. I called in and ask to speak to Mark however he was not available and I talked to a guy named Henry who explained since I ordered the redo, I had free exchange or store credit as many time as I want and that a replacement jacket would be sent to me once since I purchased that. However, if that replacement jacket did not work and I chose send it back I would not be charged to send it back, but I would have to pay shipping for whatever I else I ordered they came to me.
So this is a bit confusing it's free returns, but not free shipping back to me, although their site says free shipping if you order over a certain amount.
Then he argued that the sizing chart shows how long the sleeves are and this wasn't their fault. Granted, I did not look at the sleeve length when I ordered it, I looked at the chest size and the waist size... my fault. However, then Henry became condescending and stated that he was going to explain it to me that the sleeves were long because this is a motorcycle jacket. I explained to him that own motorcycles and have other leather jackets that do not have sleeves that would fit a gorilla.
With that all being said this was not a motorcycle jacket this was a fashion jacket... so should the same sleeve length apply if that's the case? However, I was so aggravated at this point I did not pose this question directly to him. I explained I had ordered several things from them and this has been an ordeal this time. Henry said you've only made two orders. I then stated no I ordered stuff several years back but that doesn't matter apparently.
Either way I asked to speak to his Supervisor several times and Henry said he wasn't available, and he was just going to tell me the same thing and nothing would change. I continued to ask to speak to his Supervisor because of his attitude. Henry finally said that that would have to be scheduled. I then asked what a Supervisor's name was and he had to ask someone else with the supervisor's name was and finally said his name was Mark... which is the same guy I had previously talked to, and ordered this jacket from. Henry stated that Mark will have to call me and he verified my number. He said that he would go ahead and process my refund, I said no I'll do that through the site. So I processed the refund and the only choices it gave me was wrong size, changed mind, item defective or damaged, and something else that I don't recall. However, none of the options were due to the make of the items quality or my dissatisfaction. So, I chose the defective item option because of the fact that the sleeves are extremely too long for a fashion jacket, and they should not be. The return portal doesn't allow you to explain why you're returning the item, but it does allow you to upload pictures. So, I attached pictures of the sleeves coming down to second joint of my fingers. Also let me say that I have longer arms than my son, the sleeves came down to the edge of his fingers. I wished I'd had a picture of that, but I did not. With all that being said, the portal is charging me a $5 restocking tag fee... which I don't really understand because it has all the tags still on it... they don't have to re-tag anything. So that's absolute crap, but I guess I have to get penalized $5 to learn a lesson not to order from this company ever again.
What's sad is this is an extremely well made jacket, but I'm not paying another $100 to $150 to have the sleeves tailored. Which, if I did it would void the warranty that I purchased for $9.95... so frustrated with this whole thing. I doubt they'll care they're going to lose a customer, but maybe they'll lose several if someone actually takes the time to read this and if they post it.

I purchased this jacket made in Lamb, because I know lamb is a nice soft leather. It came and proved me right. The lambskin patterning is a little more than I'd like, but I'm getting used to it.

Jacket is thicker and heavier than I expected which means It's the real deal. It took some getting used to the texture of the leather but I'm very happy with it. I expect it will last me a long time.

This is my second leather Jacket I have purchased from Milwaukee Leather. Both have been superb quality at a price at first I thought was a misprint. I have 4 leather jackets of different styles and Seems I am always going out with one of those two coats

It's probably one of the more comfortable leather jacket I've purchased, since my first one 27 years ago! You definitely won't go wrong with lamb skin.

I got this jacket for my husband and he loves it! This jacket is high quality leather! The weight of tge jacket is just right. I love to see one in woMen's size!
