Xelement XG864 Men's Black Deerskin Leather Gauntlet Gloves

I purchased a pair of these gloves in medium as a Christmas gift for a recipient that wears size medium in work and winter gloves. They were oddly too large, so I ordered the small. Because they were a gift, they weren't tried on until given, which was after the 30 day return window, and we didn't know how the smalls would fit, so I hung onto the first pair until the smalls came. The smalls were also large, so I ordered extra smalls. The extra smalls are still large but person wants to keep them. There doesn't seem to really be much difference in the 3 sizes. I wrote customer service to ask to return the too large ones outside the return window, since the sizing is so wonky and the exchange window so short but got a no. All that to say--the sizing is poor and so is the customer service.

unbelievably soft and comfortable. I think the long cuffs will be great n the winter.

Nice, soft gloves, long gauntlet keeps sleeves from blowing up arms.
Shoulda got 2X.
