Milwaukee Leather MBL9361 Women's Distressed Brown 11-inch Classic Harness Square Toe Boots

I am pleased that you have contacted me saying you have bought the boots MBL.9361 Womens size 9, 11inc high square toe distressed brown boots. I called customer service and ex 700 but no one was available. I would like to purchase the boots.

The leather is hard. I have worn them around the house and out and about once, they are still stiff. When you move the decorative strap around, you well not like what you see. Whatever they did to distress these boots was poorly done under the straps. I am glad I order a size larger than I normally wear, I don't know if I can get them broken in enough to be comfortable.

The boots themselves were amazing, everything I wanted and perfect quality. Size did ran very small so they were sent back. As for LeatherUp, there was NO customer service AT ALL. I would have originally exchanged them for a larger size but after several attemps to contact customer service thru phone call AND email with no answer or response I decided I would just return them and buy them elsewhere. If you expect you may have issues do not depend on customer service for assistance.

They could be wider.

I had to return the boots. They were too small even though they were my size. The boots looked great, just didn't fit.
