I sent an email to your customer service dept about a package I believed to be "porch pirated." An EXPENSIVE one. Turns out the package was delivered to the wrong address and the person at that address brought the package to me. What could use improvement? Answering back when an email like that is sent to you informing you of a package delivery problem. I heard NOTHING back from you on it. I was NOT impressed by that.

I just received the motorcycle jacket I ordered and could not be happier! It is great that Leather Up is offering a line of motorcycle gear made in the USA. I purchased a jacket many years ago from this leather up that was made elsewhere and it has been good, but the quality of the construction, liner and zippers on this USA made jacket is worth the slightly extra cost. Thank you Leather Up for providing an alternative to all the outsourcing being done these days!
