came promptly, order the wrong size, exchange was easy and got the right size quick
I'll start with the bad. Before my accident, the zipper was tearing off and a button came off, other than that, it's nothing
That being said, I was wearing it when i wrecked and it saved my back from getting road rash. If you're looking for just a regular cut to ride around in, this is a decent vest for you, but if you're looking for a vest to join a club, I'd get a bit higher quality cuz of the zippers and buttons. You don't want to prospect and have buttons and zippers breaking

I have been wearing them in 30 degree weather with windchill down into the mid 20s. You can still feel the cold but for me they work well and keep my hands warm and flexible. I would say these are great road motorcycle gloves but you would want something a bit heavier for really crazy wet and cold conditions. I find them to be a great option for every day street cold weather riding in Utah.

The crack team of morons you hired to pull orders sent me a box marked 14 wide that contained 14 triple E boots They don’t fit me well I sent you an email telling you that it’s ridiculous that you charge me three dollars for the right to do returns and I still have to pay $10 for shipping for the return for your mistake. I never heard back from you guys. I decided that the boots were usable as long as I didn’t wear them all day if I wore two pairs of socks, cause I wasn’t gonna pay $10 for shipping so in the meantime, I got on Trust Pilot and decided to look at your real review ratings not fluff up ones you pay employees to put out there on the web. I won’t be spending any more of my money with you Because I received no response and several people said they had similar issues and nothing was ever done, so I chalked it up as a loss and moved on
