I bought it because as a Ride Captain in the Patriot Guard Riders I need a 'briefcase' for mission material, clipboard, briefing checklist and other paper material necessary. Since it is the right size to fashion to my rear seat and waterproof, it works well and I'm pleased with the purchase. I gave it a four because it is too short to carry more than the bare necessities and it could use a fastening system that would work independent of the cargo bag that it is attached to in the picture. I added extra straps because I don't have the cargo bag and it works well. If all you need is a bike briefcase, this works very well.
