did not fit flat and flush on the shoulders. I ordered a extra large but it was too small. I always order xtra large and they fit well so I think you need to order 1 size up otherwise it seemed like a quality product.

Nice vest. Runs small. Customer service in returning this item was a pain in my @$$. I bought it as a gift, and had to return it because it ran small, but when I returned it, the new one never showed up. I called every single day for the next three weeks, and nobody answered the phones. I finally got through to somebody, and they said that my return label had not been paid for. There was never an email or any communication from the company that there was a return label payment that needed to be made before sending my product out. I paid the $16 fee, and they sent the vest. The vest is very nice, but the customer service is absolutely horrendous.

Awesome fit. 265lbs 5'11' tall. I ordered the 5x but to big. The 4x was perfect. If you are going to wear it over a heavy leather coat at my size get the 5x.
