Two Brother V.A.L.E. M-2 Small Oval Carbon Fiber Flange On Street Bike Exhaust
The M-2 Slip-On exhaust canisters feature the highest level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Two Brothers Racing's M series spring-mounted slip-on canisters all feature patented and exclusive lightweight thinwall die cast aluminum one-piece inlets. The exhaust note produced by all Two Brothers Top Level exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.
This canister bolts to your existing exhaust system directly replacing your stock muffler. You retain your original headers and "s-bend" pipe. This configuration not only adds horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your bike. Reinstallation of the stock muffler, should the need ever arise, is very simple. This type of canister can only be mounted in the original canister position regardless of the bike.
Two Brothers has been using Carbon Fiber in motorcycle mufflers since 1992. They are currently the only US Company to exclusively use Filament Wound Carbon Fiber (FWCF) on every carbon fiber muffler they sell. They draw on only the best high temperature resins, and control a proprietary lining system adopted from spacecraft, for additional heat resistance. The FWCF is continuously wound over a precision machined mandrel for a 100% seamless bond. The FWCF tube is then cured in a high temperature autoclave oven for superior strength and heat resistance. These crucial elements meld to form a precision lightweight muffler that will perform as well as it looks.
