Great hoodie. Its heavy and comfortable. Battery wasn't worth a crap tho. They responded fast but have to send it in (they pay ship) and wait for new battery once they receive it. Its winter and I am busy so I will just swallow the sausage and buy a new Battery, its faster and I won't go 2 weeks without heat. I bought a jacket recently and the jacket Battery is not giving any problems

Battery life only gets 2

Battery life only gets 2 hrs on high . I have the exact same jacket I purchased last Christmas with the other battery style that gets longer battery life! The other 2 jackets I can exchange the batteries with ease. This battery was so tight to get into the zipper pouch I thought I was going to rip the zipper pouch! I bought several additional batteries to swap them out, but now I have one oddball battery design that fits so tight In the zipper pouch I have to charge it inside of the jacket or risk ripping the batteries zipper pouch. Shipping was fast! Jus wish it was like the other 2 jackets. Those other batteries have a longer life and they fit the zipper pouch
