Danny M. from Cincinnati, OH:
I've ridden with these for just about 3.5 weeks now, and they're already coming apart. On the right glove, where the D ring for the velcro strap connects to the wrist, the seam is already torn. There's about a half-inch tear in the seam. Additionally, when riding home from work in 38°F at 9:00 pm, my fingertips hurt from being cold after a 30--40 minute ride. I fully expected these gloves to keep my fingers warm. Lastly, when riding at 44° or higher, these gloves make your hands sweat a little bit. With the cloth liner, your hands smell awful when you take them off. That smell inside the gloves doesn't go away, either. The price was great, they look awesome, and they keep everything but your finger tips warm. The construction leaves a lot to be desired. Overall, though, I find these gloves to be a big disappointment. 2 out of 5 stars, at best.

High quality gloves. Good looks, quality leather and good fabrication. Fit a bit snug but overall great value. The armor is definitely a nice touch.

These are my new favorite gloves out of several pairs I have.Fit was perfect and felt like they were already broken in the 1st time I put them on.Great gloves and good price.Hard to beat that these days!I havent had them long enough to rate durability so I only gave them 3 stars.

Michael M. from SANTA MONICA, CA:
Minor quibble- The knuckle armor bits on the fingers feels like it's making skin contact inside my glove. Nice to HAVE armor there, but am not sure it's helping if it's actually rubbing on my fingers. For the price point, still a very nice, not over the top glove. Have tested down 50 degrees so far (fine), haven't had a chance to get them wet yet.

Awesome gloves. Better quality than I thought they would be. Usually wear a medium to large, so I ordered a large and the fit is great. They are cold weather gloves. Look better than the picture. Buy them, you will be happy you did.

I love these gloves. they are sturdy warm and comfortable. I have had a pair for about 3 years. I haven't found a better glove no matter the price. That are to warm for summer but are great for riding fall spring and limited winter days. You won't regret buying a pair of these.

Donald S. from PARKER, CO:
I bought X-Large XG815 gloves, After a couple years, the fingers were getting to tight so I bought another pair but this time XX-Large. They are NOT that much larger and the left ring finger has a couple flaws in it. I wrote LeatherUp, told them I had used them once and they gave me info on returning along with the return policy page. That page says that once worn, you can not return them. I e-mailed back for clarification and response was....can not return. How else does one find out if they are going to work or not, other then trying them out. This sucks, now I have a pair of gloves that hurt when pulling in the clutch. Would I recommend LeatherUp, not now if that is how they treat returning customers.

These gloves are super warm. I tried to wear them in 40-50F weather, and my hands were sweating. Really meant for < 40F :) I like them, the price is right, they fit good and do what they are supposed to do. Fingers and hands still function/are able to move around/use the controls, even with the insulation. I can't say much for durability since I've only worn them a few times since purchased a few weeks ago.

Chris M. from ENGLEWOOD, CO:
Bought these gloves based on the review and I must say they work great. I have driven 65-70 on the highway in around 35 or under weather. Now my hands still did get cold after about 20-30 minutes but at highway speed that gets me some distance. The gloves are a good fit and the flared end helps keep the wind out my jacket sleeves. I recommend them personally.

These are a great cost/benefit product. Fit was exactly as advertised. Weather's been into the 30's and my hands stay toasty warm. Grip is excellent. Gauntlet keeps my arms warm. They are well-made. Not cheap gloves, just inexpensive. I shopped for quite awhile, looking at gloves 4x the price, but these are nicer and a much better value. Get a pair!

Raymond N. from NEWBERG, OR:
Overall, very nice gloves. Anything under about 45 degrees and the fingers start getting a little cold during my hour long commute...but still a great deal for $30. The only other gripe is that the thumb seems unusually long. The fingers fit nice, but the thumb has nearly an inch extra. Maybe I just have stubby thumbs. The gauntlet part does a great job of keeping wind out of the coat sleeve. Again...great deal for $30.

Raymond K. from SARATOGA SPRINGS, NY:
I rode in 45 degree weather with light rain for about 2 hours. Hands were warm fingers were slightly colder then hands but not "cold" the gauntlet fit well over jacket sleeve to keep out wind and weather, they did absorb a little moisture which near end of ride made my hands a slightly bit colder. Good glove for a great price.

Nice gloves for riding in weather that's not too cold. Used them at 35 degrees and my fingers were frozen. Also liner is not sewn to finger tips and will pull out easily if not held. I would not recommended if you're riding in weather close to freezing!

John M. from MOUNT JACKSON, VA:
Not bad for the $$. I bought these because of price, and the decent reviews, however, my fingers froze in about 10 mins with the temp between 30 and 40. My thought is this is a good glove for 40 degress. Possibly good for Bama winters, but not for VA's bite-your-ass cold. I will say they give good warmth for the buck, not too bulky, and have a nice style. I'll be using these with a heated liner and expect no cold to bite me after that. 3.5 for function, add on another half star for affordability, and that gives these gloves a rating of 4 stars.

Michael G. from BLOOMFIELD, NJ:
I like the gloves, but was hoping that they would be warmer than they are. For me they me tolerable in 40-45 degree weather, but I was hoping for just a bit heavier padding/insulation in the fingers. They are an excellent price for good riding gloves, but for the colder days I ended up needing to plunk down for the electric warmer gloves.

Gloves arrived quickly, well made for the price, a little stiff at first but wore in nciely. Work great down to about 45 keeping hands warm, 45 to 40 cold but usable, down in the 30's too cold for comfort.

Russell G. from Cedar City, UT:
I really like thet leather outer of these gloves. I was not impressed with the linning. It has a cheap foam linning and a cheap plastic linning inbetween the foam and leather. They were fairly warm, but my fingers were still getting numb in 30-40 degree weather. After three weeks, I removed both linnings (cut them out). The foam linning was getting wet from my hands and not drying out inbetween uses--I don't like putting on wet gloves. Both the foam and plastic had holes after three weeks of moderate use. Now I wear a pair of jersey gloves underneath the leather. I like them much better now. Conclusion: The Leather Gloves are awesome; Linning is no good.

Nice glove for the money. Wore them on a 600 mi ride in 38-50* temp range. Did the job, no rating on waterproofing as I havnt got caught since buying them. The only thing I would change would be to increase the circumferance of the gauntlet. I don't have a thick jacket, but i still had to jam the cuffs inside the gauntlet. Other than that it would be a 5

These are good gloves for mild temperatures... They protect well in the 40-60 range. The any colder than that and you will need something warmer. But they are water proof and very comfortable. I would recommend these gloves to anyone who wants to extend there riding season past September's but not into november

Fit and feel is excellent, good cold weather gloves, blocks wind and rain with no problems. They felt a little thick at first, because I was used to the other gloves I had. but after that first ride with them in cold weather, fingers and hands nice and warm ...believe me, that thick feeling goes away fast ! Definitely recommend them

Have only used them once so they're still a little stiff, but they seem well made. Good long cuffs, can be easily tightened and loosened. Makes it a little harder to feel my controls for hi/low beam, windshield (BMW), computer, turn signals is the only drawback.

VERY WARM - Padding on thumb makes it difficult to feel if you have pressed the turn signal or not, great for 30 degrees or lower, but find that my hands sweat in anything much warmer than that.
