Tuquana M. from DULUTH, GA:
This jacket did not last me very long after I bought it. The zipper gave me a hard time and eventually broke as well as the sleeves. I practically wasted my money on this item.

Brent P. from BACKUS, MN:
I am very pleased with this jacket overall. It feels very protective. The zips and construction are of very high quality. Temperature management is good, the vents are nice, and let a good amount of air through. The ability to zip pants to the jacket is a major plus. In the rain however the forearms and zips where the sleeves detach leak. The rest of the jacket stays nice and dry though. The zip-in liner is a major plus for those colder days. With the liner and a few good base layers, this jacket is good to very low temperatures. I would recommend it as a budget jacket.

Love this jacket, my only complaint isn't with that jacket it is that the sizing chart is wrong and the jacket was to small. Cant wait for my replacement to get here. Best jacket for the price.

Burke W. from FAYETTEVILLE, NC:
The jacket is amazing it fits great all the pockets and padding. I needed a tougher and cooler jacket for summer riding. the first thing I did was take off the sleeves and pull the liner and go for a ride it is just what I was looking for. Something that I can wear all year round and not sweat to death and this is it. The padding and armor make this a great jacket vest.

For the price and quality one of the best jackets out there. Very comfortable and has loads of features. Armor is in right places and the zippers are very good. Very good ventilation and the weight is not too much. Highly recommend.

James J C. from WILKES BARRE, PA:
The jacket exceeds what was expected, excellent quality. Plenty of pockets, including a cell phone and gun pocket, that can accommodate most needs. The jacket needs to be broken in to be more comfortable, which I am sure will happen. The customer service is outstanding, I had a issue with my order and it was rectified very quickly to my satisfaction. Thanks

Mark M. from CORONA, CA:
First off I want to say that I really like this jacket. Like other reviews I agree that the sleeves feel a little tight right at the spot that they zip on and off, But by no means a deal breaker. The one thing that I really found dissapointing was the position of the air vents. Let's face it 90% of the people ordering this jacket probably ride a street bike and wear a backpack. The vents could have been placed in such a way to allow them to function while wearing a backpack. However they are completely blocked and useless when you have a backpack on. Other than that like I said it's a great jacket at a nice price. I would definatley reccommend this jacket.

Loved The jack i did have to unfortunate chance to put it to the test i did perform very well could have used padding around the forearm tho that was where it had cut through but nothing major without this i would have more then likely had to be taken to the hospital and more then likely had a skin graph

Even with the lining out, the coat is warm and breaks the cool wind! My husband was so excited when he received and it made me look really good for finding it. The quality is outstanding and it exceeded my expectations. It will keep him warm and protect him.

Phenomenal quality for a great price! The jacket looks even better in person than on the site. Much lighter and way less bulky than I would have imagined it to be. Very satisfied with my purchase. What's more I received 4 out of 5 of my items the day after I placed my order, crazy fast shipping!

CHRIS R. from SAHUARITA, AZ:
Great jacket! It wont work for me, i wish it would, but it wont. I have large shoulders and arms along with a 76" arm span, so i went with the 5X. This jacket is a little big in the midsection, it fits my shoulders and arm lenght is good but it does not fit my biceps area. It is way too tight, like there isnt enough slack in the arm pit area, so i can lift my arms past about 45 degrees. It might work if you ride a supersport bike but of you ride a cruiser with drag bars or apes this is a no go. Looks like I will have to use only a vest. This jacket exceeded my expectations in all categories having to do with materials and workmanship. If your built like a twig it may work for you!

Awesome jacket. Gets real hot when standing still (but I'm hot natured anyway) but feels great riding. I rarely ride with the full sleeves. I love that they are removable. And all the pockets are great!

I love this jacket!!!!! I almost gave it a four star for this one reason. The collar seems to rub on your neck and irritates the crap out of you. I wish they put a different material around the neck maybe leather. I just might have to get it tailored and put silk around the collar.

Sean F. from SUNNYVALE, CA:
I received this jacket yesterday when the Fedex man pulled up right when I got home. This is my first motorcycle jacket, so I have nothing to compare it to, but I was very excited. First impression was it's a very good looking jacket and that is probably why 90% of buyers choose it. It's fairly heavy which is reassuring, but since CE levels don't go above 2 and I couldn't find any info on what Xelement means by Level 3 armour, I'm not sure how well it would perform in a crash. I'm a tiny person at 5'8" and 140lbs, so I went with a small. There is plenty of room for a hoodie or extra spine protection if you're slim, but the waist and sleeve adjustment straps make it fit great. I put a few patches on the shoulder and chest pads to add some style and they make the jacket look even better. The shoulder armour moves around a bit and the back armour is very thin, so if you get this, I would definitely recommend replacing at least the back armour. The zipper had a sharp point on the bottom but that was easily fixed with a Dremel. Also, the kidney belt seems to be barely held on by the mesh it's stitched to. Overall, I really like the jacket.

KELLY M. from XENIA, OH:
I just received this jacket and I absolutely LOVE IT! I am 5' 9" about 175 lbs. and ordered a large and I couldn't be happier with the fit! It fits perfectly in every way. I especially like the slightly long sleeves putting them at the top of my knuckles standing with my arms down, and comfortably right at the wrist/palm on my bike in riding position, how motorcycle jacket sleeves should be. I was a little concerned about this when I ordered it because I DO NOT like the sleeves short while riding. It is not bulky or restrictive even with all of the armor, it hugs just enough and has just enough weight to it to know you're wearing it, giving a definite feeling of confidence. It is very comfortable and the armor is snug in the jacket/doesn't move around. It fits like a comfortable glove. The material and construction of the jacket is top notch and it is even cooler looking on than in the picture. I don't usually say a whole lot in these product feedback/customer review sections but I was so pleased with this purchase that I had to share!

Gean C. from GALLITZIN, PA:
Had this jacket for a couple of weeks now. Its a really nice looking jacket. It has excellant padding and elbow, shoulder and back armor. I read its waterproof but I havn't tried it yet. I only have two complaints on this jacket. One its really hot and doesn't ventilate well. I used it on an 85 degree day and I just couln't stand it I had to take it off and put it in my saddlebag. I could wear my old mesh coat when temps got this high. The second thing is the liner only provides warmth for the torso. It has no sleeves. Even though I still like this jacket I just won't use it on hot days. Fits great.

This jacket fits great! I like the adjustable waste and vents. I get lots of compliments on the way it looks. Kinda like Batman! lol Ventilation is great around the body but your arms will sweat. At first I thought it kinda rubbed against the helmet when I turned my head but I got used to it. It could definately use some reflective pinstripes or something. For the price... it's a great deal!!! I wouldn't expect it to protect me at super high speeds though but for normal riding, I'm happy.

I am 5'10" 180 pounds with a medium build.I wear large in everything but ordered an extra large and it fits great except the sleeves are a little long.I wore it in 45 degree weather and the chest part is very warm but the sleeves have very little insulation and there is some wind getting thru the zippers for the removable sleeves.I like it overall and will wear it when riding in temps above 55.The chest portion I would give 5 stars but the sleeves only 2.

This jacket is awesome. On Friday the 13 of april I got into an accident and this jacket mightve saved me. The only downside is it was so form fitted to me the fire dept had to cut it off and it had just arrived the day before! Good jacket and good protection. I put it to the test and know frm experience it works. Now just gotta wait for it to come back into stock. Thanx leather up! Imma be getting another very soon.

I no longer weat my leather jacket. This jacket is all i need now! There are so many pockets for all the stuff i carry. I use the pocket on my left sleeve for my garage door opener. It works right through the material, so i dont have to stop to wait for the door to open. I wear a large in about everything, and this jacket fit me perfect! I will even wear a hoodie underneath sometimes. It is a little snug, but doable. I will buy this jacket again, and would recommend u do the same.same

The jacket is rather comfortable and looks great, the armor can make it feel a bit bulky but it is quick to get used to. My only complaint would be about the tags on the zippers for the shoulder vents. At 30 MPH they have a tendency to flap against your helmet on occaision. But overall a great jacket for the price.

Christina W. from N LAS VEGAS, NV:
Ok let's start with the good, jacket is everything I had hoped for and is a great deal for the price. I rode in 38 degree waether and did not get uncomortably cold. It covered my lower back where most jackets don't. The armor is not so stiff it is uncomfortable and yet I felt well protected. There were just 2 things I didn't like and was was easily fixed. The cloth zipper pulls flap in the wind like crazy and was annoying hitting the side of my helmet. I easily removed them. The one thing that dissapointed me was that the velcro around the collar is too big so that it rubs ny neck when the collar is closed. I will have to have it altered. Over all I like the jacket and would recommend this jacket to those who don't want to spend a small fortune for the high dollar brands. By the way I meant to rate this jacket 4 starts out of 5

This Jacket is amazing, durable like nothing else, I have a black lab and she gets anxious when I leave her by herself and she destroy things, she grab my jacket thru the crate and she couldn't shred it like she does with thing the gets when she's alone, on top of durability, looks and fit the costumer service in this site is great, I bought two pants 32(my normal number) but it didn't fit me I reorder number 34 so be aware you my have to get a number up on the pants, but they were so fast and nice that make my experience here really pleasant .

This is my first riding jacket, I got the XL and it fits well for a 5 foot 10 athletic build. It keeps me cool in weather up to 90 or so but then its gets pretty hot if your not moving, the removable arms help. Its not a cold weather jacket but the liner keeps me warm in 60 degree weather and I recommend layers if its colder then that. There is no warmth in the sleeves. I love the jacket, and was very happy with the protection and adjustable of it. I don't ride much in the wet but the fact that its water proof is good in case you get stuck in some wet riding, you don't have to worry about your phone or other items that need to stay dry.

Great jacket. I was surprised how light weight it is. I am 6' 200 lbs and ordered the XLG and it fits a little loose but I dont like it form fitting. If you like a snug fit order the large. The liner is a little thin but should do the job for Fl. Winters. The sleeves are a little long but fits perfect when riding my GSXR. Leatherup always has fast shipping, customer service is the best of any online dealer and the price cant be beat. I wish they had an outlet store.

Really nice jacket at a great price. I have been riding in the humid heat of the DC area and it works well with the sleeves and lining off. Haven't tried riding with it with the sleeves and lining in but I suspect that it will be fine through mid-autumn tempratures.
