Rejecting Packages/Undelivered Packages/Returned to shipper
If your package is rejected or marked as returned to shipper upon delivery, your initial shipping cost will not be refunded. The actual amount we paid to have your order ship will be deducted from the total of your order as FedEx/UPS/ will bill our account a second time to return the package to our warehouse facility.
All Packages will require Taxes, Duties and or Custom Fees to be paid before the package is released for delivery. If FedEx Or UPS is not able to collect payment, the package or packages will be returned direct to the warehouse facility.
