| I was very skeptical about ordering something so personal as a motorcycle jacket from an online source, and the low prices had me even more skeptical about the quality I would receive. Well, I finally decided that I would take a chance thinking; "what the heck," cheap enough to be used as a loaner, or returned as a last resort, because I was sure that a return would be such a hassle.
Well my merchandise arrived a couple of days ago, and the first thing I noticed was the weight of the box. When I opened it I was completely blown away by the jacket. The leather is all first rate and very heavy duty while being as soft and smooth as a baby's @$$. I am amazed that this jacket didn't cost over $400.00. The jacket feels even better than it looks, and it looks awesome. Best jacket I have ever owned and I've been riding motorcycles for 43 years. I can't see myself shopping anywhere else for leathers, and have just put in an order for the matching chaps. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

| This jacket is awesome!!! I looked at a lot of different ones over a period of about 8 weeks. When this one came available I jumped on it. I know it's more expensive than the others but with all the features and protection it affords it is well worth the price. This is a heavy weight jacket that impresses me every time I pick it up and put it on. Warm when you need it and vented for those hot days when you need to stay cool. You'll always look coot wearing it too. I have a 45 inch chest, 34 inch waist, and 72 inch reach finger tip to tip, and the XL fits perfect! The armor is stiff and I removed it for now. | I have had this jacket for a couple of weeks. I am 5'10", 32-waist, and 175 lbs. The large fits me perfectly. I even have room for a light sweater or sweatshirt.
CONS: The liner is only a vest, I am used to full arms, so I am a little disappointed. The cuffs are a little large and the wind blows up the sleeves a bit. The zippers are nice, but a little stiff. I hope with some wear the zippers will loose up a bit and work smoother.
PROS: The leather is thick and soft. The jacket has kept me warm down to 55 degrees at 80 mph. The armor is thin and light. You can wear the jacket as a normal jacket if you would like, yes it looks that good. Better than the picture. It has a nice tapered fit and the arms are long enouh to sit at the wrist when the arm is bent. The neck warmer, buttons in the jacket when not being used, a nice touch. I look forward to seeing how the air flows thru the jacket when it gets warmer. Next paycheck, I will be buying the matching chaps. The jacket is an excellent value for the price, even for one priced $100 higher. |

| I just received the jacket today it was very thick and looks great on, like everybody has said order 1 size up I wear a 2xl but I ordered the 3xl and it fit like a glove very nice liner, which we need in michigan! |

| Wow!!! The ultimate motorcycle jacket in every way. Worth every penny and more. The naked leather is so soft and thick it makes all my buddies jackets look like crap...It feels so comfortable on, makes you want to ride all day. Hot weather open the vents, cold weather is like nothing because the leather is so thick. The HPRG armor is fantastic. I smashed my elbow in a concrete wall to see what would happen and I did not feel a thing. |

| I was very skeptical about ordering a leather jacket online, but did it anyway. This jacket is very nice! But believe me, they do run small, I normally where a XL and ended up sending it back and purchasing 3XL. Very good quality. It is a heavy jacket and kept me pretty warm on a ride in 35 degree weather. Put it on for the first time and felt like I had been wearing it for awhile! I looked at similiar jackets and they were double the price. You can't beat this jacket for the price! |

| Its an awesome jacket but please take the advice of others and go up a size I ordered a 2X thinking it would be fine since my other leather jackets are all 2X but it is too small so Im returning for a 3X they run very small. Otherwise it is a beautiful jacket. |

| I tried on every jacket I could find at the local motorcycle shops and leather stores. This one is heavier weight and nicer made than anything I saw in stores. The armor is kind of stiff and I didn't like the way it sat so I took mine out (it was the same thing with every other armored jacket I have tried on.) Without it the jacket is very comfortable and I have worn it on 45 degree days its very warm as well. Just buy it you wont be sorry |

| As good as the on-line picture is it does no justice to actually having it in hand. The jacket is outstanding; being a first time on-line buyer I was a little skeptical (price was too good to be true), but after the jacket was delivered I believe I got the better end of the deal! Definitely go one size bigger.

| after taking the motorcycle safety class I really felt compelled to purchase a set of leather garments to protect myself. I am grateful to have discovered Leatherup and be able to afford quality protection. the jacket fits very well; I ordered my normal size and the sleeves are long enough for my long arms. with the full body armor I feel I have done all that I can do to protect myself in an encounter with a cage. hopefully I will never have that experience. The jacket fits as good as it looks and seems to be well constructed. |

| The Jacket is well priced and well constructed. It does feel substantial in weight and solidly. I was surprised that the armor seemed to be simple plastic sheathing, I expected thicker plates. Zipper is solid. Vents are well placed. It is sized a little small, do order a size up like the others recommend. I usually wear XL, ordered 2XL and it fit well. I have an athletic built and it still fits. Shoulders are slightly larger. Now that I'm reading my review, I should've given it full 5 stars. |

| I am 6'3", 220lbs, 34" inseam, shirt sleeve length 37/38" and I ordered the jacket. It came very fast, looks and feels great but, the sleeves are too short. In the picture the sleeves look as though they go past the waist of the jacket atleast 5 inches but they are flush with the waist of the jacket. I was really looking forward to getting and wearing the jacket but, the sleeves are way too short. I called and ask did they have jackets for big and tall men, they said no you kinda have to work it out till you find something that fits. Beautiful jacket but if your a tall guy with long arms you might want to catch one of the show that come to your areas. The quality was excellent ...hope this helps. |

The leather is soft as a babby,s skin is solft !!! .the weight is heavy & the quilty is out standing I live in Louisians even thow it dont snowe,s here it get,s cold and ity,s a wet cold. I road 65 miles and the temp. was 40deg. with the wind chill it was in the low 30,s . I had no a pear of your thather riding paint,s the jacket on . I was worm & tosrty. Ever one wsa cold there was a group of us . | This is a good jacket overall. Definitely order at least one size up, especially if you want to put an insulation layer underneath it or if you want to keep anything in the interior pockets. I wear a 42 suit coat, and the XL is a little too tight with a fleece layer. Should be a great warm-weather coat, though. Complaints: 1) The side drawstrings are cheap and broke almost immediately when I pulled them in. 2) For the price, the wrist collars should have webbing in them to help cut the wind. 3) And, the main zipper tends to stick a little. |

| Overall it's pretty good for the price. The elbow and shoulder armor is better than nothing. The zipper vents are great in warmer weather. The leather and zippers seem durable and good quality. The interior buttons for the liner are cheaply stitched and a couple have already fallen off.
I don't recommend ordering a size up unless you plan on wearing bulking stuff under it. I ordered a size up based on the reviews and it was too late to return, so I'm stuck with it. |

| Bought this jacket on Tuesday, and it arrived on Friday. The jacket is very well constructed. If you are looking for quality - look no further! The armor inserts are comfortable - to me anyways. I highly recommend this motorcycle jacket to all in search of one. Here in Michigan, it is getting cold and the jacket is VERY warm. Ride it like you stole it!! |

| I must say that at first I was a bit skeptical of all of the positive reviews of the leather jackets on this site. I did my due diligence however and shopped around on the internet and at a couple of local stores and decided to get the Advanced Armored Jacket. When I lifted it out of the box all I could say was "wow!" This is a great jacket and really does the job in thickness, hot/cool weather, style, etc.
If I would give any feedback to leather up it is to improve customer service a bit but I guess they stay very busy. All in all a good shopping experience and great jacket!! |

| My husband is extremely happy with this jacket. He went for a long ride this weekend and just loved it. The vents helped keep him cool and laid flat so there was no flapping. I agree with the other poster in that you should order a size larger. My husband normally wears a L but we ordered an XL and it fits great. He couldn't be happier with the quality of this jacket. |

| The first thing I noticed about this jacket is that it is VERY heavy! Extrememly soft thick leather and really cool looking orange trim on the inside of the jacket....very Harleyesque! I couldn't be more pleased with the jacket. Armor in all the right places and nice thick lower back padding! Great value! Made in Pakistan which is world renowned for it's leather products! You WILL NOT be disappointed in this jacket. I would recommend looking closely at the sizing chart for this jacket and then MEASURE yourself and buy according to the size chart. |

| I think the jacket is great. My chest is a 48.5 and I ordered the 2XL according to the sizing chart. fits like a glove. I'm a 35/26 in the waist and didn't need to adjust the lace on the sides. I will say that the removable armor in the elbows doesn't work for me. I have long arms so it puts my elbows smack dab in the middle of the armor and it's uncomfortable. The shoulder armor seems ok though. The neck warmer is a nice touch too. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you purchase this jacket. |

| Jacket was everything I had hoped for. Can't beat the price and the quality is on par with any $400 HD leather jacket. Fits great. I'm 6'2" 150 and the large fits like a glove with a little extra room for comfort. Sleeves were right length for my long arms and the armor padding and weight of the jacket bring a sense of comfort and safety knowing there is alot of leather between you and pavement. Can't go wrong with this jacket. |

| I'm very pleased with this purchase. The day after opening the package, I started a 1,700 mile journey from Dallas to South Padre, Tx and back. Day 1 departure temp was 36 and the jacket was warm with the liner in and the neck warmer over my chin. The further south I rode the more layers I shed and the jacket was excellent in 70 degree weather! Plenty of airflow and kept me nice and cool for the duration in South Texas. Day 4, I was right back in cool weather heading to North Texas and the jacket was perfect weight and warmth. Sleeve length was just right. I wear a 48 suit jacket and recommend 2XL. Excellent value! |

| Quality heavy jacket for a great price. Im typically a 2 XL but based on the feed back in the reviews went with a 3 XL and it fits perfect. Iv been riding for the last two days in weather from the mid 60s to mid 30s and its been great. |

| This jacket is VERY heavy! It will keep you warm and safe, but it is a cooler weather jacket, you will need another jacket for summer riding. The armor is very heavy, so you can remove some of the weight of jacket by removing it, but then why would you pay for an armored jacked? |

| I was also very skeptical about ordering leather jacket but wow, i am very impressed. THe pictures do not due the jacket justice. However i will say, it is a little big in neck area but its fine with me but do order a size up! Very thick leather with great features, zippers are of high quality as well. I highly recommend this jacket. Lots of comments on the jacket too!!!!! |

| First and foremost, this jacket is awesome. The jacket arrived 12/22 and it was put to good use the following morning. I rode to work with an ambient temperature of 29 F degrees. Highway speeds put the wind chill below 0. The jacket is warm, very comfortable and does not let any wind in. The inner liner does not provide much insulation so layer up a bit when it is cold. This jacket is very well made and looks fantastic; it is a $400 jacket. Buy one size bigger than you normally wear. |

| An excellent jacket. As I have very wide shoulders ( I normally wear a 2X in a jacket), I ordered the 3X, and it fit quite well. The Jacket was shipped missing two buttons that hold the inner lining in place, but that was easily corrected without returning the jacket. | My youngest son (19 yrs) just received this jacket for Christmas. He loves the jacket, for the styling and zip out lining. The quality of the leather is outstanding. I did order a size up ( an XL) as so many suggested, and it is a good fit. He is very happy to have the removable armor and hopes he never has to test it out. However, we live in Michigan and he will have to wait a few months to take a ride in it. We gave the jacket 5 star rating on the style and quality. |

| The jacket is too affordable to be any good. Right? TOTALLY WRONG. Great jacket, awesome quality. However I did have to reinforce the buttons that affix the liner. They popped off the first day. Therefore 4 star rating. I ordered a size larger than my measurements. It fits well with some room for warm clothes underneath for those days in the 20ies or below. |

| Extremely nice leather jacket. To help others out with the sizing issue they might have i'm 5' 11 and roughly 190-200 lbs with an athletic build. The XL jacket i received fits me perfectly even with the body armor in place. the inside liner and neck warmer are also very nice. I still have enough room under the jacket if i wanted to throw on an extra layer or two or even a thin sweatshirt. This is my first leather jacket from Leatherup and my second purchase. Extremly satisfied and will certainly be buying more products from them in the future! |

| This is a THICK HEAVY leather jacket! It is NOT cheap crap. It fits great and is very comfortable. The elbow?? (forarm) pads take alittle getting used too, and are removable. The padded elbow of the coat itself is enough for me. Shoulder pads are fine and cannot be felt or seen, but you know they are there. I would buy this coat all over again. Go one size bigger! |

| I ordered this jacket along with the Advanced Dual Comfort System Leather Chaps. Being picky, I didn't want to wear cheap looking leather, and considering the prices, I figured these products wouldn't look as good as the pictures. I was prepared to return them if my suspicions were correct. To my surprise, the jacket was very good quality. The chaps did look a bit cheap, but for the price, I kept them. I unintentionally tested both in a rush hour highway crash at 55 mph and they definitely saved my skin. I had only the shoulder armor in, but my injuries were very minor and I rode home from the accident. While I upgraded to Harley chaps to get thicker leather, I'm back here again to replace the jacket. The originals took only minor stitching to repair and I'm only replacing them because they are a little roughed up. For the price, you can't go wrong with either, but I highly recommend the jacket. |

| Outstanding jacket! Read the reviews and based on what I read ordered 1 size larger (2XXL) than I nomally wear. It was a little to big. Read R. Clair from MORONI, UT review. We have the same build so I ordered the XL, before returning the XXL, to compair. Like R. Clair, the XL is a perfect fit. Returned the XXL for store credit. I will definitely be using the credit towards more pruchases. I'm glad a friend told me about LeatherUp. |

| all around great Jacket. I had to go up two sizes from my normal jacket size for a correct fit. It lost a star from me for the mediocre stitching on the inside of the liner and the fact that the buttons that hold the liner fell out after wearing the jacket twice. |

| What a great jacket. Soft, comfortable and warm as the weather has turned colder 8 Oct 2008. Th general Advise to go up a size (from XL to 2XL is correct for my body type.... 6'2" 225 Lbs. Mostly I need a "schosch" more room around the hips and this jacket and sizing gives it to me. The arm length works well form me as I normally take a 16 1/2 by 34 " shirt size.
The back of hte jacket features a down-facing crescent that keep your can warm. The laces up the side I expect will allow me to lose welight (a goal) and ajust the jacket accordingly.
My only complaint is the combination of jacket and my body shape on the motorcycle would suggest a crescent (very slight curve) taken nout of the front of the jacket to accomodate my thighs as I sit on the bike.
Now, If Leather-up would just offer a pair of chaps with the lace-up adjustment in the thighs instead of the zipper or elastic .......... |

| Man is this jacket sweet. I'm 6'3" and and wear a XXL. It's pretty hard to find clothes that fit much less a jacket. After reading the reveiws I decided to oder one size bigger and man was that the ticket. Armor felt a liitle weird so I took them out for now. very heavy, soft leather,removable liner, 4 vents, and adjustable sides. what else is their to say? oh yeah, "AWSOME". Great job on this one leatherup. Repeat customer many times over. |

| Great, it is my favorite. Been wearing it for two weeks and is serving me well. For the price I recommend this product, heavy leather, great for that occasional slide across the asphalt. Zippers stick a little, and a seem is going out on the neck line. Nothing my seamstress can't re enforcer. I found the elbow armor a little stiff and pulled it out. (Maybe because I have chipped elbow) |

| Tried on many jackets in a local Harley shop. Liked the jackets in the 400-500 dollar range. Took a chance with this jacket and I'm more then satisfied. Exceeded my expectations. Live in Michigan and have rode over 150 miles in the last 2 weeks - temperatures in the 30's and low 40's and I stayed comfortable. Looking forward to warmer weather, removing the liner and opening the vents. Buying one size larger is the right choice. |
