| I bought this armor to replace the armor in my Hein Gericke jacket. The original armor had begun to fall apart. The replacement armor fits well into the pockets and feels very similar to the original. I have not and hope never no test the protection afforded. |

| Bought a harley Davidson jacket with armor slots on shoulders and elbows that didn't come with armor. Most of them don't. Bought this armor replacement set and it fits perfectly! I'm sure it was way cheaper than HD brand armor too! |

| I want to compliment the Service Department of LeatherUp. When receiving a jacket for my wife all was perfect except one of the shoulder pads was missing. After talking with one of the Service Reps my wife was told to send the jacket back and they would send out another which would have all the pads.
This would not work for us since we ordered it to use on a upcoming long ride. I then called back the next day and talked with a "different rep". I explained the time problem and how I was surprised that we couldn't just get a simple shoulder pad vice returning the whole jacket. I commented on how the costs for shipping alone would erode LeatherUps profits. The pads only shipping would be miniscule considering the weight involved let alone the mailing back and forth of a complete jacket. Lo and behold the Rep heard my comments and checked further into my problem. In the meantime I ordered locally shoulder pads ($7.00 item) to take care of the wife's immediate problem. The Rep, Isabella, called back the next day and told me they were going to send me a COMPLETE set of pads for the jacket free - no charge.!! Allowing me to keep the current jacket.
Needless to say LeatherUp has won a customer for life and probably my two boys for their cycle needs as well. Any company today that apparently cares as much about satisfied customers as LeatherUp does deserves repeat business and future customers needs to know about their service as well. So I hope anyone wondering about Service has an opportunity to read this.

| I bought a new Harley-Davidson motorcycle jacket to go with my new 2011 Harley-Davidson Road King Classic. Well, turns out, of course, Harley-Davidson does not include any armor with their jackets, even though they are made with pockets and velcro (oops! I mean hook and loop) to hold such armor. I bought these Xelement shoulder and elbow, level-3 armor pads and they fit perfectly in the pockets of my Harley jacket. Once I saw a photo of the type of armor which Harley sells, I knew I had to get something better and these fit perfectly! I hope I never have to use them, but I am confident these will make an impact much less abrasive to my hide and bones! Thanks to Leather Up, my Harley jacket is now complete!!! Oh and yes, I leave the armor in my jacket, all winter long. You never know when you might slip on the snow or ice and smack an elbow or shoulder! Leather Up hit this one way out of the park! You might also want to check out those 5 pocket, naked leather pants from Leather Up! For $129.99, they are just completely awesome!!! |

| If you see only a two star rating, I meant to rate this FIVE stars but could not go back. These replacement armor are a perfit fit in my perforated leather jacket by XElement providing a little better protection and actually making the jacket look better. |

| I really like this new armor! I upgraded from the old ones. There is so much more movement with these, and they fit much better and don't look so bulky. Thanks leatherup for having such great products and taking care of their customers. I will definitely be buying again! Phil |
