Great jacket, Customer Service was slow

The replacement jacket fit perfectly and is extremely comfortable after finally getting it. weighs 7 lbs. but That's a plus for me. The first one was way too big even though I followed the fitting guide to the letter. Maybe I've got a weird body, I don't know. I returned it promptly but USPS took a week to get it there. That's not their fault as I actually expected that from the post office. What IS their fault is the fact that it took them a week from the time they received the return to inspect it and ship my replacement. Yes, a week. I tracked it the entire way. That's unacceptable. They answered my questions when I sent them but otherwise I heard nothing from them. They really could have done a lot better. Highly doubt I'll use them again.
