| I ordered these boots and was sent a different style and color the first time around. Sent them back and got exactly what I was expexting. Good quailty. They due tend to run a little big as I normally wear a 8.5 ladies, but requested a 8 and they fit good. White is a perfect color for spring and summer ridding. No time needed to break them in as they were comfortable from day 1. I will be ordering more motorcycle gear from leather up in the near future! |

| Got these boots for the lady and she loves them. She rides a crotch rocket and they work great. Very stylish and she says very comfortable. They scuff easy but like I told her, they are white what do you expect? She carres around her fingernail polish to clean them up. Very functional and Leather up got the product to me quicley. |

| I have purchased a number of different Xelement boots from LeatherUp.com. These are my latest purchase. As always, I was NOT disappointed! They are beautifully made. Xelement truly makes the most comfortable boots on the planet. They come right out of the box ready to wear. There is NO "breaking in" phase which you have with most boots. I had read in the reviews that these particular style boots tend to run a bit larger than the average boot does. I usually wear a size 7 in boots, so I ordered a 6 1/2. The web site was having technical problems while I was trying to pay with pay-pal. I ended up purchasing them twice accidentally. LeatherUp.com caught my error and before I even noticed it, they corrected it for me. When they arrived I was disappointed to find that the 6 1/2 was TOO small. I called their toll free number and spoke immediately with a REAL PERSON. They sent me my usual sized 7 even BEFORE I shipped the 6 1/2's back to their warehouse. LeatherUp.com has always given impeccable customer service. They are always going the extra mile to make sure I am completely satisfied. The second pair arrived quickly. They fit with the usual "broken in" comfort. I get complements on them every time I wear them. I have the black "classic harness boots", the weathered brown "classic harness boots", and also the darker brown harness boots. These white ones were a perfect addition to my collection. Now if they would just make them in RED... Thank you LeatherUp.com. Your products are exceptional, especially for the GREAT price, and your excellent service is very appreciated. I'll be back soon!!!! |

| They are very comfortable once you can do some adjustments on it. Again as a lot of people said, the sizes run big. BIG! I Ordered half a size down and had to ship them back and get a full size down (I'm usually 8 in boots, had to get a 7). After receiving the exchange it still didn't fit properly, the length inside was perfect so I couldn't go any lower in size. I ended up buying an extra sole lining to make it snug enough to wear. I also had to add an extra hole to each of the straps to make it tight enough that the boots wouldn't slip out of place. But despite all that trouble, I love my new boots and so does everyone else. They are indeed comfortable (especially with the extra soles), and have great grip on the road, plus look stylish. |

| GREAT LEATHER BOOT, MADE IN CHINA BUT THEN I WENT TO HARLEY STORE AND SO IS THIERS , ONLY LEAHTER UP IS WAY CHEAPER!
I HAD TO SEND MINE BACK THEY PUT MENS BOOTS IN WOMENS BOX , I WOULD SUGEST IS YOU HAVE A WIDE FOOT GO FROM 8.5 TO 10 , THE MEASURE CHART IS RIGHT ON BY INCHES , SO MEASURE BEFORE YOU SIZE, BOOT ARE GREAT QUALITY THANKS LEAHTER UP FOR SPEEDY COSTOMER CARE! |

| Wow, what a great boot! The leather is top grade and the fit is fantastic. They look great with my jeans and I ALWAYS get compliments. I need to buy another pair so when I wear these out I have a back-up. |

| Bought these for my wife. Shipping was fast and the boots were just as described. I would say - based on my wifes feedback - that these boots might tend to run slightly large - so think about ordering a half size smaller than you normally would. |

| very nice boots ! too bad they are too big for me.! i guess i ordered a size 10 men by accident instead of a 10 women. i didn't want to bother sending them back .they are ok for riding my bike but not to walk around in becuz of how big they are. |
