The jacket is great looking and extremely comfortable. It is true to size and the adjustable tabs on the sleeves, cuffs, and waistband really customize the fit. I love the mesh, as it lets air get into the jacket on a warmer day, but still provides protection from the elements.

This jacket is fantastic! It keeps me so cool riding in south Texas heat and looks good too. I had to have something lighter for summer and this is perfect. My husband actually bought one also since his leather is too hot for summer too. I feel protected by the armor but it's comfortable and fits great!

I bought this jacket for my wife to use in the summer. She is very happy with it. The fit is great and the mesh allows maximum air flow.

The fit is perfect. Feels like it was made just for me. I'm 5'6", 160 lbs and I bought the XL. I've looked at this jacket for the past year and finally decided to buy it. Glad I did. Since it is miserably cold here this time of year, I won't have a chance to review the air flow but from what I can see, the mesh is open enough that I should have a great air flow. I hate to ride without armor so this will be perfect for those hot summer days.

Great protective jacket for warmer days. It has a lot of mesh, so you can really feel the air-flow. The price is excellent, you can't beat it anywhere. If you want to wear a hoodie under it, or if you have larger breasts, order a size up.

I must say, this is an awesome jacket to own, especially for the price! This is my first motorcycle jacket and it looks awesome on! I am a size medium in jackets and have a broad shoulder width and this jacket accommodates that. I bought a size medium. From the picture, since I like my jackets to be more fitted, I thought it would better suit me. I bought this jacket for a motorcycle training course for beginners activity and knowing very well, the season is almost winter. I was a little worried that if this is a good jacket for all seasons. When it arrived, I noticed...when they say mesh..they mean mesh, haha. I could see why it would be a great jacket to wear during the hottest of days and how much cooling you will get while wearing this jacket. When i put it on, i noticed it fitted kind of loose on me. Uh oh, I thought thinking maybe I should have opted for the size small which might fit me better. I also thuoght that the arms were too big around my arms. After a short time freaking out, I started noticing there were little bits that could help make the jacket fit better. If you notice on the sleeves, there are 2 button clippy things (2 on each arm shown in picture) that help adjust the fit around the width of your arm. I put mine to the smallest fit which isn't tight but enough fit like a regular jacket would feel. So if your arms are a little bigger, smaller, or wearing something underneath, it's totally size-doable. Bottom part (waist area) are two velcro straps that also help tighten or loosen to fit your waist size and on your wrist areas as well. Now for the armor, you can't see all the armor in the picture. So where is what I found, There is armor on each shoulder area, armor on each forearm area, and one flat armor around your back area, plus soft padding at the bottom-back area as well. I can't compare if this jacket feels more armor-secure than to the next but when I have it on, it feels like i'll be ok if I take a tumble with this jacket on. I felt that the armor around the shoulders made my shoulders look more broader than they really are, (is why i thought i should've opted for a small) but quickly reminded myself that i'm in a 3 seasons of rain, 3 months of summer kind of state. For those of you who know how Washington State or Seattle is like, than you know what im talking about haha! I forgot that I can actually fit a nice hoodie underneath and be kept warm during the coldest of days! So for those of you who are riding when it isn't sunny, get a size bigger so you can fit a hoodie underneath. Putting a positive spin on this jacket, even tho there is still a little roomy inside the jacket, it'll give me room for my body to breath so I don't get too hot on top of it being open-mesh on the warmer of days too! Overall, this is an awesome jacket for the price and it doesn't feel cheap. It can be worn on super hot days and still be worn in the colder days if you wear some long sleeves and or hoodie underneath! Hope this review helps! Thanks Leatherup for the awesome price and oppertunity to try out Xelement women's jacket!

We went with the size chart and it was dead on the money. It fits good, and breaths even in 97 degree heat! It can get warm (hot) if you are sitting at a light in traffic though, but you're going to get hot regardless on what you're wearing then. Great jacket, even better price! Thanks again!!
