| This helmet runs SO SMALL! I measured the circumference of my head and rounded UP to the nearest inch, for a value that fell right in the middle of the recommended range for the L size. When I received the helmet I could barely fit it over my skull, and only by stretching it out strongly with the straps. Now I'm at a dilemma - given its gross understatement of size, should I go only one size up to XL? Surely a person like myself of average height, weight, and with a normal-ish head shape shouldn't need to wear an XXL, right???
Otherwise, I did not give this a star rating, as I can say nothing about the comfort and quality of it. I immediately repacked and returned it, ultimately deciding on the XL.
I think it's a great price point for a Snell rated helmet by a reputable manufacturer.
