Samson Exhaust first introduced the world to True Duals back in 1992, This system has become the industry standard for quality and good looks. Though other manufacturers now offer duals, nonw have the look of Samson True Duals. The clean straight lines on the right side set this header system apart from the copies that have come along. True Duals eliminate the scavenge pipe that exits from the back cylinder found on the shock system. Eliminating the scavenge pipe lets exhaust gases flow more efficiently and reduces excess heat generated on the right side.
Note: Discoloration (known as "blueing") is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. This is not caused by a manufacturer's defect.
