| Love the look of the boot and the quality. Only issue is that there's no shape behind the back of the heel, my heels slip right out of the boot. Had to return boots first time because they were too large. I thought that smaller size would solve the heel slipping out issue. Customer service was not great, monotone personality and responses. Second shipment, there is significant difference in size from left to right boot, and their policy is no return shipping and only one exchange. Am trying to find heel inserts to see if I can make them work. |
