| Overall I am very happy with this jacket. I am 5'7", 165lbs, the medium fits nicely. A few items lower the rating to a 4, instead of a 5. THe armor is so stiff and hard that I took it out, it was just uncomfortable, to the point of painful. I plan on putting some leather in the pockets, not as much protection, but better than nothing. The buttons around the sleeves that held the lining didn't last the first day. They were very poorly installed and came off before I ever got out of the house for the first ride. Hopefully the stiching on the rest of the jacket holds up better. The zippers hhave / had little leather tags to help getting hold ot the zipper pull, the tags are so flimsy that they are coming off as I use them. The leather of the the jacket is nice. |

| I'm 6'1" and weigh 150lbs (skinny, basically) and wear fitted clothing, jackets etc so the ordering one size up advice worried me a bit. I ordered medium (smallest available), as that would be ordering one size up for me. It's still a bit big in the shoulders and arms. Fits perfect with a really thick sweatshirt. Armor is ridiculously stiff and looks retarded because it's completely flat and blatantly obvious. I'm looking for a better armor replacement. not a bid deal. Although, for the money, it's a good deal and gets the job done. I think my next jacket will be a 500 custom made one but this will get me by until that point.
I ordered on Wednesday afternoon and received saturday. No issues with Leatherup.com at all. |

| I love this jacket, it's everything I hoped it would be. With the armor in place, it is heavy, but not unreasonably heavy. I used it immediately on a cold day and it performed well, keeping me warm, yet not restricted. The price and quality are incredible. Be sure to order one size larger, I am 5'10", 200 lbs and the XL fits well. |

| I just wanted to give a quick review. Im 6'3" tall 250lb had to get a XXXL tried a 2x but could not zip up. have alittle beer belly but what the heck!! quality is excellant fits great and looks even better...Great job leather up... John in North Carolina |

| Like others have said: feels heavy till you put it on. Pouch that holds armor in the elbows will rub but long sleeve shirt will prevent loosing the skin. Very good quality and construction and warmth. Would recommend to anyone. Get one size bigger. |

| Outstanding quality, fit, and feel of heavy leather. You must go up one size. I went up to 2XL and have the correct fit. You can not beat the classic style with the protection of the hidden shoulder and elbow armor. The armor blends in well. The armor removes easy enough if you only want to wear for long rides. The texture of the leather is good. Nice thick leather. Coloring is even. Outer pocket size is average, but inner pockets are much larger to keep your billfold, light gloves, etc... with room to spare. You do not feel the wind and when full zip up you do not have any wind drafts creeping inside. You will need a neck gator for really cold days.
Outstanding quality and great value. You will not be dissappointed! |
