I would not call the interior "dense foam". Mine was pretty thin. What the pictures doesn't show is that you can run your mounting straps horizontally instead of vertically. This really helped in my situation. I wish the fastener straps were quick disconnect but overall; still a good deal for the money.

This bag is a great deal. I got it to go on the back of a Yamaha Vino motorscooter and it is ideal. Looks good too. I get a lot of looks.

A good bag, and bifgt enough for my tools and rainwear. I wish the things the straps went through on the bag were rivited through the bag, but for the money it's a good deal.
