I've owned this helmet for the past 6 months and find it to be a very good value for the money. Comfort and fit are very good, design and components are very good, overall quality is very good and I feel very safe wearing this model. At under $200.00 this is an excellent modular helmet, the flip down sun visor is a terrific feature for riding during the summer or directly into the sun. Most always wearing sunglasses when I ride I can enjoy the cool breeze and wind in my face with the sun visor down especially when riding on the highway. Also, the visor assists in reducing glare. I would highly recommend this helmet for its superior value and features!

PROS:
This helmet has the special required connetion points on the sided of the faceshield (interior) that allow use with the, AccuSight Anti-fog Faceshield. This double-panel faceshield is the most superior anti-fogging technique I have seen/used. Soaps, coatings, films, polishes are nothing compared to this technology. I don't know why it's not advertised, but this model does attached to it; however, you have to buy the interior AccuSight Anti-fog Faceshield seperately as this model does not included the shield, just the connections.
Modular mechanics are smooth, although the helmet looks much larger on my head with this type of feature.
The sunvisor is great and prevents the need for sunglasses, and is off the face enough that if I had prescription glasses, they would easily fit as well.
CONS:
Only bad point, from my experience, is the cheek-pad placement/positioning. I had a HJC IS-16 just before this, and it fit perfect, but this helmet's check-pads squeeze extremely tight on my jaw-hinge. (creates a hot-spot on my jaw after a couple hours of riding)

I bought two of them. One small for my wife and one large for me. Although the small fit my wife, that large didnt fit me despite using the sizing chart. That said, both as going back. Both were defected. The leather like wrapping at the bottom of the helmet right below were the modular piece flips up was loose and comming out of the molding on both helmets. Looks like the glue failed or not enough of same.
Called LeatherUp and recieved shipping lables in a few days. They will be FedEd'ed back today for refund. Disapointed in the fact that the same defect on both helmets seems to indicate a lack of quality control by HJC. This is probably an issue with the helmet maker.
