I purchased a less expensive disc lock last year, and was disappointed with its size and performance. Xena's build quality is far superior. The lock and alarm provides peace of mind, which is well worth the $80. The alarm has also stopped me from rolling away with the lock still one once. I would highly recommend, and will be purchasing another for my second bike.
