I'll rate this from the perspective of a 36-mile round trip commuter, giving it four stars. It's big enough without being ungainly. It has a decent laptop pocket which works if your laptop isn't a giant size. Some of the interior nylon lining is kinda thin...thinner than you might find in a good quality tent, for instance...but it has served thus far. Lots of convenient pockets and key clips, and it was worth what I paid for it. Of course, I bought it on sale. I am satisfied with the performance and quality of this product.
