I'm going to have to give this one five stars. As others have stated this jacket has a soft heavy leather that is much nicer than the quality I saw in the HD stores and elsewhere. I was very surprised. The fit is a little tricky, but I like the jacket so much for the price I am keeping it. I am 6'3" and weigh @290 lbs. I ordered the 5X. The jacket has plenty of room in the chest and shoulders but is a bit snug in my stomach. I can still zip it though. The arms are a little long but that will probably be a good thing with gloves in cold weather. My biggest problem is the length. It is rather short for me at 6'3". I feel that when I drop another 15 lbs it will probably cease to be an issue. Overall, for an off the rack size, I'm still giving it 5 stars. I love the jacket, just need to drop a few lbs to make it perfect.

I have never seen anything like this product and I've been riding for over 15 years. It puts every jacket you see to shame. The leather is the softest and thickest I have ever seen. American Leather is truly amazing. You will see and feel the difference and people will notice and say wow...You can tell attention was paid making this. I don't usually wear armor but this Level-3 armor is great. I have never felt so protected and comfortable. Makes you want to keep riding. Good gear makes all the difference when ride.

This is a quality jacket. The leather is thick and sturdy. I'm 6'2" 205 and bought an XL which fits perfect. The zip-out liner makes it more versatile. One small complaint is it's advertised as American leather but I don't see any signs that it's American. All tags say made in Pakistan. Maybe the leather is American and they just sew it together over there.Overall great jacket with alot of features.

I painstakingly looked for a jacket. I wanted the FXRG but wouldn't pony up the $600. There was no risk in trying this and am I ever glad I went for it. I am very particular and this is very high quality. I'm 5'9", 170 and the large FXRG fit me perfectly so I went with a large in this jacket and it's a perfect fit. The jacket is heavy. The leather is high quality, the workmanship is top notch. Strudy zippers, quality armor in the elpows and shoulders. My only complaint is that the compartments for the armor in the elbows are mesh and don't feel great against my skin. I rode in 45 degrees this weekend and it was 70 by the end of the day. I was plenty warm with a fleece shirt and when it warmed up I opened the vents and was very comfortable. Buy this jacket, it's the best deal going!

An excellent purchase! Jacket is HEAVY, heavier than I expected. Zippers are nylon, not metal ang move easily. Sizing is perfect; just follow the sizing chart. Fits great with and without the armor. Wore the jacket for the first time this past weekend while leaf peeping in Vermont. Daytime highs were in the 30s, but even at 60mph, the leather, the removable throat protector and the flaps kept the wind out and the lining kept the heat in. Best of all, the jacket is even better looking than the picture on the website.
Just one criticism: after removing the elbow armor, my little finger gets caught in the pocket sewn into the jacket designed to hold it in place. A minor inconvenience and definitely not a reason to exclude this jacket from consideration.

The sizing chart on this had me worried because based on the posted dimensions I thought this "Xelement Naked American Leather Cruiser Jacket" would be too big. I'm 6ft and thin. Size medium fits well. I'm very pleased. Great jacket, really heavy. I had no direct communication with LeatherUp. I just chose VERY carefully, ordered online and everything worked out. I also ordered the TOURMASTER MENS DECKER PANTS (black leather) size medium. Happy with both.

This jacket is a heavy and well made. The jackets sizing runs small you may want to order 2 sizes larger if you don't like a tight fit. The venting on the jacket works well and is a welcome accessory on even the hottest day.The armor seems well made and gives a sense of security. This motorcycle jacket is worth the price. The staff at leatherup are less than helpful and when you call them to ask a question you feel you are interrupting their day.The company executives need to make sure their employees are as good as their product. Hire people who like serving people.

This Jacket is Awesome! I am glad that I ordered a 5X, as they do run small, but the leather is soft, the vents are awesome. I am 6'4 275, and the sleeve length is good. I can't get over the quality. People can't believe that I only paid 239 dollars for this jacket. THey would guess upwards to 5-6 hundred dollars. I am glad that I spent a little more and went with the Naked Leather, it is so soft, thick, and total quality. The gussets on the shoulders give you lots of room. the armor is nice too, and I am glad that I have that added protection if I need it.. THe laces on the sides make it so I can tighten it around my waste too. nice feature. The Zip out lining is only a vest, rather than full sleeves, but I am ok with that. I am simply impressed with this jacket! Leather up did it again. I will continue to order form this company.

As others have stated, this is a top quality leather jacket! I was amazed at the quality and construction of this jacket, right out of the box! The leather is soft and supple with a great feel and its nice and thick too! It is warm, very comfortable and fits nicely with barely any break-in required. They do run a size small, so make sure to order one size up from what you would normally order. The zippers, vents, neck warmer, side laces and liner are all very high quality, with great attention to detail. The armor is not annoying at all and the jacket can be worn very casually when going to dinner or the local watering hole. If you are looking for a nice looking, comfortable and very functional jacket, this is it! At half the price of any other of similar quality!
