| My review of the jacket:
Looks and feels good. It has some slight resistance in arm movement around the front of the arm pits due to arm and chest pads touching when bringing my arms forward its easily manageable. Rode last night to test the "vents". I opened them up and it wasn't too bad. I was hoping for a little better. I could feel a slight breeze on my back when leaning forward to separate my back from the jacket. I took the winter lining out of it and it seems the hottest spots were where the thick armor was. The hottest parts were my arms around my elbows when stopping. Woke up this morning and it was pouring rain so I figured what an awesome time to test the wet weather, especially since we have been in a drought with 104 average temps. Zipped up and headed out to work. Jacket felt good and snug and didn't let a drop of water in so it handled excellent in the wet conditions.
All in all Its a great jacket and I had alot of compliments on the look of it.
My review in the first 2 days is the following:
1-10 scale
Looks: 10 (its one of the nicer looking jackets I have seen in a long time)
Ventilation: 6 (I was expecting a little better but it isn't bad)
Armor: 10 (The jacket seems to have covered all basis in its design with its armor. any more would be too bulky. Any less would be unsafe)
Visibility: 1 (I would have made the grey on the sleeves reflective if I had my way with it. Not the most visible jacket on the road)
Hot Days: 5 ( could use better vents. The sleeves do come off if your feeling froggy)
Cold Days: 10 (With the liner in this jacket can be very warm)
Rainy Days: 10 (Water Proof and held up great with the rain)
Movement: 8 (Some slight resistance with the arms rubbing on chest pads)
Satisfactory 9 (I am very happy with this jacket) |

| This jacket is very nice and it serves it's purpose well. Nice pockets for everything you need to keep close and safe while riding. Warm enough in very cold weather yet open the vents and you stay cool even in warm weather. I love this jacket! |

| I got this jacket a few months back, it has a great feel. Fortunately I was wearing it when I went down at about 40 MPH and had no injuries besides the bruise on my butt, the jacket didn't even get a hole in it and saved the skin on my arms and back. Great Jacket!! |

| love it. I wear a 46 suit coat anf ordered the xl. Fits just right. almost form fitting but not tight. A xxl may have been better but I think this is just right. It is comfortable and not stiff. Lots of pockets inside and out. You'd definately need a xxl if you want to use all the pockets. A '9' all day long. |

| Just received my jacket 1 day after Leatherup.com shipped! I wear a 44 jacket and ordered the XL though the sleeves are just a bit long, when you place yourself in a riding position it fits like a glove. This jacket has amazing amount of protection yet really comfortable to wear unlike many others with similar padding. I recommend this jacket and purchasing all your riding gear from Leatherup.com due to the fact their items are top notch and the prices are simply unmatchable. |

| I love this jacket! Bought it for my fiance' because he only had the mesh type and he would get soaked when it rained. After getting the size right (bought extra large and he needed a large) it fits perfectly. He says it kept him warm in a 55 degree ride in MI. Haven't tried it with the sleeves off yet, waiting till next season! This jacket runs true to size. If you wear a 40-42 jacket, get the large. I like the way it hugs the body, very sexy! Not too tight though. Hope this helps! Oh and I got it in two days!! I LOVE LEATHERUP! |

| Really like the jacket. LOTS of padding and armor. The vents work well, not as well as a cortech but do work well regardless. I ordered a size up so I could wear layers underneath if need be. Waist is adjustable via velcro so its not like a fat suit if I just wear a t-shirt under. The Zip out liner is kind of a joke. I doubt it adds any kind of warmth as it is almost as thin as a t-shirt. Took it out and left it out. If I want more warmth I will throw on a sweatshirt/hoodie. Wish there was a matching set of pants (level 3 armor with zip off legs and zippered kidney belt). Cant seem to find a pair with all three of those features. Overall a 4 star jacket, Price-to-feature ration would be 10 out of 5 stars as nothing comes close to this under $300. |
