Great jacket. Haven't worn too much since it's been below freezing most every day since I bought it. Did manage to ride in 45 degree weather and I was comfortable. Jacket is better looking in person than the pictures show. I had to order larger than I usually buy, with the liner and armor it seems to run a bit small.

This jacket is very nice and for the price is hard to beat. It fits tight and doesn't "inflate" on the highway. I once had a nice Honda jacket and this feels very similar. Montana weather has given me a chance to test a lot of weather conditions. It's waterproof in a downpur, cool in 100 and warm (with liner) at 40. I haven't ridden in colder yet and certainly will. I'm going to guess that freezing temps are going to be a bit chilly. Follow the size or two up idea. I'm normally an XL and 2XL was spot on.

Good jacket overall, though I followed the size up rule on this one for sure! I have a 52" chest and 44" waist and normally wear 2x, but ordered 4x and it is a good fit. However, the arms are a bit tight. I took out the liner and it fits better. The jacket looks cool, and literally is cool if you open the vents. Snaps and velcro waist allow for some fit customizing, a feature few jackets offer. The reflective piping on the chest, arms and back are much better than on my previous jacket, a PowerTrip PowerMonger. Great feature is a double-flap zipper, which is two layers of fabric that folds over the closed zipper and held by velcro - this blocks cold wind in the cooler temperatures from getting into the coat - and is a feature not on all riding jackets. Very happy, and great price for an armored riding jacket.

I am 5 feet 7 in and 168lbs with fairly broad shoulders and no beer gut, the large fits great. Very comfortable, doesn't flap around. Looks better than photo. Quality appears to be very good. Many pockets for your stuff. Very happy with purchase.

This is no doubt a great buy. Ive been riding in 85 weather with out the liner and all the vents open and the airflow keeps you cool when moving. i did get caught in the rain for a few miles and it kept me dry. I also swerved to miss a dear and ended up in a ditch. i went over the handlebars and landed on my left shoulder and elbow. no doubt the armor helped big time. The jacket was not damaged at all, just a little dirt on it. I am 6'0 180lbs athletic build and bought a large. its snug, but thats what i prefer. i dont like it baggy blowing in the wind. Again, its a great buy. I ride GSXR 600

What an unbelievable buy at this price. This jacket would cost two or three times more at other cycle gear shops. It is comfortable and looks great. I did do as others recommended and purchased a jacket one size larger than normal and it fits perfect. It will provide the protection you need without being too heavy. This is my fifth jacket purchased at Leather-up and can vouch on the quality and detail to each one. Buy it you can not go wrong at these prices.

This is an outsdanding jacket. I received it just yesterday and it seems to be a fairly warm jacket for its wieght, even in cold Oct/Nov days up here. its a light weight jacket with superb quality and construction. it looks so good you can wear it even when you're not riding. This is a good alternative to heavier leather jackets when you need someting lighter to wear and you can go warmer or cooler by removing or leaving the liner. a beautifuly designed jacket. go one size up from what you normaly wear. I'm 5.8/205lb and ordered a 2XL and its go,od although, I could've ordered 3XL for a roomier fit. Thanks Leather Up. Will continue to buy. |
