My only issue with this jacket is the sizing chart is WAY off. According to the sizing chart I am at the top end of a 3X so I decided for a little room to get a 4X. Now I have a mesh Xelement jacket from Leatherup in 4X and it is great. I ordered the 'Dragon' jacket in 4X and got a what was marked as 4X but there was no way it was a 4X, I could not even get it on. I decided to reorder as a 5X with the hopes that it would not be a tent and swallow me up based on owning a 4X already. The 5X came and it fits perfectly except the sleeves are a little long when the velcro isn't cinched up. When I have it all zipped and cinched with gloves it is really nice on a cold morning. No air gaps for a cold breeze like my old worn out non-riding style jacket had. Coldest so far I have used it is 29 degrees and the jacket was plenty warm with just a long sleeve riding T-shirt and using the liner. A few days after I got the jacket, we had a warm snap and it got to almost 70 (keep in mind I live in the upper Mojave Desert of Southern California and it can be freezing in the morning and 70 in the afternoon). I had to zip out the liner as I was about to roast in it. Without the liner, I was warm but still comfy. In other words, the liner REALLY works! The flow thru vents on th efront chest and center back also work good on warm days. The armor is comfortable and hardly noticeable at all. The collar fit snug when snapped but doesn't choke me. All in all, a excellent mild winter/spring jacket for riding. I'll be switching to the flow thru mesh jacket soon as it is about time for the 'furnace' to get turned up around here for summer (customairly hits 110 degrees F for many days in a row in summer here in the desert). I have had several buddies at work really like the jacket and a couple have ordered the same one or similar. Best thing is the red and black colors match my bike colors perfectly (2007 Royal Star Tour Deluxe Yamaha).

Great jacket but not for warm weather, vents dont let air in so anything above 50 degrees without liner may get a bit sweaty. XL neck size is a bit tight.

Love he jacket. Fits well, looks good and very comfortable to wear. I have worn it in 30 degree weather with and without the lining. Keeps me extremely warm. I will be ordering the blue next.

I was pleased with this item. The price was comparable to the value. My husband is extremely hard to please and he loved it. The extra pocket inside serves well for his cell phone. I can relax a little when he rides now, knowing that the armor will give some protection.

As a new rider, this is a first time purchase for myself. A fellow rider/friend of mine recommended LeatherUp.com from past experience/purchases. For the price, I think this jacket fits the bill very nicely. I've worn it on every ride that I've been on in the last month. I've noticed no problems, all of the seams and adjustments and zippers seem to be problem free. The included armor seems to be adequate, but I may upgrade the armor at a later time. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and would recommend this jacket to others.

This is a great jacket for the price, As it is my first jacket, but I've tried on many other jackets at three times the price and not felt as cool and comfortable as I do in this one. Fits great too, I bought an XL and I'm 6 feet 195 lbs.

Even after reading all the positive reviews i was still skeptical of this jacket. Not any more i have had mine several months and could not be more pleased. the thermals are very warm. in below freezing i don't need a second coat. then in warm weather take the liner out, open the vents and you are good to go. My brother paid 180 for a jacket from a dealer. His is a dinky mesh wind breaker with plastic armor. the durable foam like pads in this jacket are very comfortable. Will buy one for my wife to ride with me.

I love this jacket. After exchanging the Large for an XL it worked great. I think the sizes are just a smidge on the small side, since I usually wear a Large. I priced a few bike jackets with armor and this was nearly half of the cost even with shipping. I especially liked its high visibility due to the fact that it was multicolored. I recommend the jacket and leatherup. Their service was great.
