| I originally bought size 8. I found that these boots run 1/2 size bigger than the shoes that I buy. The exchange to size 7 1/2 worked well. I still have a bit of room, but that is due to my somewhat narrow foot. I filled the void by adding a small oval piece of self sticking felt, just above the arches (this keeps the boot from slipping on my heels). For anyone interested, the top of the boots are 8" above the bottom of the foot. My leg measures 10 3/4" at that point, and I can still easily insert two fingers into the boot shaft - so there is plenty of leg room. They look great with jeans, too. Very well made - nice quality. |
