| I encountered a problem initially with the jacket in that it wouldn't completely unzip. I called the company to ask how to return it. I, with the approval and knowledge of the representative, attempted vigorously to unzip the jacket and finally succeeded. It may still remain as a glitch in the product yet I'm prepared to endure it as the line of these jackets has run their limit.
Perhaps a more overall check of more commonly perceived 'working' mechanisms of a product should be addressed. It requires more work and time yet will reduce those 'every once in a while' incidental occurrences to a minimum.
The jacket otherwise is enjoyable & very nice--and nicer for the price. |

| LOVE MY WHITE LEATHER JACKET. I normally wear a 18/20, couldn't find the measurements, so because of a review I saw about the jacket running small, I ordered the 5 xl. It fit perfect. I hope this helps someone else when ordering. |
