| This shield is a good quality replacement for the original shield that came with the helmet. Unfortunately the reason I purchased it was the original shield would not stay up any longer. Turned out the problem was not the shield but the attachment adapter was worn out. LeatherUp does not sell that part so essentially the new shield was a waste and so is the 2 year old Hawk helmet. Get a new helmet, without available parts there is no point buying one. |
