| HJC makes a very good helmet for the money. This is my second HJC helmet I have purchased. One important thing is to go to a motorcycle retailer and try on the various sizes because the sizing chart is not accurate. I measured my head with a fabric tape measure and determined that the size according to the chart would be a small. There is no way I could have comfortably gotten my head in a small. I ended up buying a medium that is snug and not loose. The way I determined this was going to a motorcycle shop that sells this same helmet and trying them on. I am glad I did that since I would have probably bought a small based on the size chart. |

| The helmet design, functionality, and quality is very good. I bought this helmet for my wife and daughter to use when they accompany me on a ride. I ordered a Small, and as has been discussed in other reviews, the size ran small. I returned the helmet for an exchange to a medium and as yet (5 business days from certified delivery confirmation) I have yet to hear anything from Leatherup. I called customer service and they told me that it takes 5-7 business days to process exchange requests and that I should check back in a couple of days.
I am pleased with the product and how quickly the original delivery arrived at my door step. I rate the overall product a 4 due to the sizing issue and the relative snail's pace for an exchange request. If I did not have a sizing issue, I would not have had to participate in the exchange process, and I would have rated the product and purchase experience a 5. |

| Great helmet. I've only had the chance to wear it a few times (won't stop raining), but so far I love it. Face shield iis optically correct. Sun shield is a bit too high to replace sunglasses, so I'll probably only use it to help cut the glare and still use sunglasses. No problems with it hitting my glasses. Ventilation on the helmet looks to be excellent, and the silver color is very nice finish. Picture doesn't show it, but the chin strap is nicely padded too. Glad I bought it! |

| The helmet looks good, the materials its made out of seem to be first rate. As far as the comfort and built in sun visor, I could not have designed something better myself. It stops the Arizona sun in its tracks. Nice!!! |

| Very nice open face helmet, I even forgot to take it off at breaks in the MSF course. Love the built in SunShield. I did have to get one size up, but that is probably because of my chubby cheeks. |

| Once again, HJC delivers a great helmet and LeatherUp delivers it at a great price. I believe tghe IS-33 is more quiet than my full-face helmet. The integrated sunshield is great for eye glass wearers. This is a perfect Spring/Summer helmet. |

| It is still February in Nebraska so we have not had much opportunity to ride with the helments. We di about 10 miles on a nice day and we are happy with everything so far. I do with the sun visor was a bit longer so it came down a little *her. I need to tip the helmet forward to get the sun visor in a better place. But maybe, I'm not wearing the helmet in the right place to start with. Time will tell as we ride with them. |

| Great helmet for a great price. The integrated SunShield is a winner!! Thought the helmet ran a bit small. The sizing chart said I should get a Large. However, I checked another HJC helmet I had and it was an XXL. Ordered the XXL and was glad I did.
The shipping/delivery was quick. It is what I have learned is the way Leatherup does it all the time. Another great shopping experience. |
