Boot is true to size, but fits very, very snug. If you have medium calves, this boot will be very snug in that area and probably won't fit larger calves. If you want wiggle room for your toes, order one size up. My feet are medium width and the boot fits like a cast. Wider feet probably won't care for the snug fit.
