I have not used these for summer riding, but I have been using them for my 40 minute daily commute. With the liners, I have benn comfortably warm in outside temps as low as 30. Excellent fit and accurate size chart. With the liners in, I can not get the pants on or off over my riding boots. I would recommend these to anyone looking for for a versatile, well made pair of riding pants.

Fly Racing Mesh Pants are great for summer riding. I am 5'10 and wear 34X32 pants. The size chart was accurate for me and fit well. The air flows really well around your thighs and calves. The zippers on the bottom are fairly short so it's not so easy to take this paints off with shoers or boots on. The waist band has velcro straps to adjust from 34-36. The pants have sturdy stitching and seem to be made very well. I do recommend these pants which do have a removable liner.
