Slip Streamer SS-30 Classic Windshield for Metric Cruisers with Tapered Forks
A clean, beautifully designed shield which adds a custom look to many popular Japanese and American styled Cruisers. Our hardware systems fit many different bikes with standard fork tubes, tapered fork tubes and the newer oversized Cruiser fork tubes. These universal mounts work because of their adaptability to fork spans, diameters and pitch. These versatile mounting systems and their fasteners are all triple chrome plated for a beautiful finish. The windshield is constructed of 3/16 in. Lucite acrylic. It comes in both 17-inch and 22-inch heights and measures 23 inches in width.

This is a great windshield. It provides the necessary coverage for my needs. Installation was not too difficult. I had to modify the rubber grommet width for my 2007 Honda VTX1300R. The bolts require 5/32 inch hex key. The nuts are 7/16 inch. The smoke tint is not too dark and looks better than clear.

Good Quality winshield and bracket mount. It turned out to be the same unit I had before so I just put the winshield in and used the old hardware. The hardware from 6 years ago was still in like New shape. The old winshield did start cracking near the bolts after 6 ears and a ball thrown at it finished it off. The company should also make a replacment winshield for this model available through retailers. It's only available through the manufacturer which forces you to pay double unless you know to go to Slipstream for the replacment.
