National Cycle Street Shield with 7/8in. and 1in. U-Clamps for 1957-2010 Harley Davidson FX/XL Models
Street Shield is your shield of choice when your height or riding position requires a bit more windshield than the Deflector Screen offers. Four-point mounting with adjustable mounts.
Material
ACRYLIC -- Includes brand names such as ICI Lucite®, Acrylite®. Acrylic is known for its crystal clarity that stands the test of time with UV stabilization that prevents yellowing. Many years ago, during the development of the clear fairing, National Cycle found that ordinary drill mounting methods caused stress cracks and eventual breakage of acrylic shields. That's why we developed and use our patented No-Hole Ballsocket system on all of our acrylic products.
Hardware
U-Clamp -- The durable steel clamp and eyebolt system comes with the patented Cup Spacer that snug the rod to prevent rotational movement. For rider and dealer choice, each kit includes both 7/8 in. (22mm) and 1 in. (25mm) clamps. Utilizes our patented No-Hole Ballsocket System.

| it's a nice wind breaker, but the clamps for the handlebars need to be rubber coated as they scratched the hell out of my bars. it's kind of tough getting the windshield just right when your by yourself also. overall i like it, but i'm sure i'm going to get a quick release windshield in the future. And I don't want to take this one off now because of the clamps damaging the bars. my bars are black btw. |

| Works well on my lowrider. harder to adjust than the 2 point model but all in all it's ok for the cost. I'd suggest getting the 2 point for a little more $. |
