I have checked out the cost of such a replacement shield at retail stores that carry Bell helmets and accessories only to find they wanted at least twice as much. With my discount and the prompt delivery from Leather Up, I was able to purchase the same shield and have it delivered for about half the price of the retail store. This is not a 'knock off' but a Bell helmet product and provides the proper fit and function for my Apex helmet.
