Choosing Or Removing Items
Your shopping cart allows you to select products for purchase. You'll be able to see the shopping cart on the right side of most pages. To put a product in your cart, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the product detail page. If you're not completely sure you want to purchase a product, you can still put it in the cart and later delete it before completing your purchase by clicking on the "Remove" button next to the product in the shopping cart detail page.
When you are finished shopping, you can complete your purchase by clicking the "Check Out" button. First, you'll be asked to either log-in if you're a returning customer or establish an account if you're a new customer. To establish an account you'll be asked to enter your email address, select a password, and enter your name, billing address, and telephone number. Once you have an account you simply select from the shipping options noted below and enter your credit card information. After you've entered the required information, click the "Place Order" button and your done. A new screen will appear revealing your order summary and invoice page. If you are unsure whether we have your order, you may check your order status by visiting the "My Account" area.
Sometimes as part of the check-out process, we will ask you to verify certain information to ensure that you are the authorized holder of the credit card which is being used to purchase the products from LeatherUp.com. This procedure is designed to protect you against the fraudulent use of your credit card. If you receive a message indicating that there is a verification error, please carefully recheck the information you have entered to make sure it conforms to the requested information. If you continue to experience a problem, please contact us.

This will confirm that your order will be secure and that it will be protected against disclosure to third parties.
If your browser says that you are not obtaining a secure connection to LeatherUp.com, it is probably because you are using an old browser program that works only on 64 bit encryption. Also, you might be using a browser that is not supported by LeatherUp.com. At the moment, we do not support Netscape, Opera, or Safari.
It is highly recommended that you use Internet Explorer to ensure a secure, safe and compatible transaction.
In the Checkout pages you will also have the option of choosing your shipping method (and view the shipping rates for your destination). To learn more about our shipping rates, please see our Shipping Information page. If your order contains both in-stock and out-of-stock products, we will ship the available products and contact you regarding the items that did not ship. On the Billing & Shipping Information page you will also have the option of setting up additional "Ship-to" addresses in case you wish to have your order delivered somewhere other than your home. Once you enter the additional address, you'll be able to simply choose it as your "Ship-to" address in the future and speed through the ordering process. Please Note: If shipping to a different address your order will be held for verification.
Status of an Order
LeatherUp.com customers can check their order status by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT section on the upper right hand side of the homepage. There you can simply click on ORDER STATUS and find out what's happening with your order.
Please note that you will have to log into the site with your email address and password before you can access your ordering information. This is done to protect your security and privacy.
Shipping Time Frame
Most orders are processed , picked, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. If your order consists of more than 3 items it can take up to 3-5 business days to prepare and ship.
You will be emailed with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If your order is not shipped complete. You will be notified by our customer service staff and let you know what item was not shipped, you will have the option to either have a back order placed for the item that did not ship, select a replacement item or size, have a refund issued or store credit applied. The item will be shipped to you once it becomes available.
Our standard procedure is to ship an order with the items that are available to ship. All out of stock items will be placed on back order, you will be notified of this once your order has been shipped.
