Georgia W. from HOLLY HILL, FL:
I order this rain gear about 2-3 weeks ago and finally got to try it out. I purchased this item based on all the reviews. I read every one of them. I rode home from work (25miles) in a light to medium rain. I was a little disappointed but only a little bit. I had a couple of wet spots on my right leg and the bottom part of my jeans on both legs were completely wet. However had I not been wearing the rain gear I would have been completely soaked. Hopefully if I get caught in a downpour that doesn't happen. I love Leatherup and will definitely purchase from them again. Great prices and received items quickly.

Wife loves it! I suspect she will be kept dry when needed. Fit well over riding jacket, but pants a little big. She is 5'8" and 140 lbs. and the medium was fine.

Rocky S. from UKIAH, CA:
We ordered the jacket and pants the same size that my wife usually wears and it fits perfectly, with just the right amount of room in it for leathers. I know it will be durable when the time comes for it to be worn because I tested mine on a long rainy ride, and I never got wet the entire trip. This is a very good suit for the price. Be sure to zip the jacket all the way up and tuck the neck under your helmet for ultimate best protection!

JoAnna T. from CINCINNATUS, NY:
I purchased this suit based on the great reviews, I wish I'd saved my money. It is very heavy, that's the only thing I like about it. I bought a 3XL based on the chart, it was way too big, I didn't have time to send it back for a smaller size. There are NO pockets in the jacket and one in the pants (I missed that when I read the description). It takes up a lot of room in the saddle bags because of it's heft. We rode across NC and got caught in the rain for 2 days. It's fine with a very light rain, but anything more than that and it's useless. I was drenched after riding for a few hours from my chest to my toes. Pay a little more for something better if you're going on a long ride.

Have not worn yet, but will definitely keep me dry when I do. The jacket fits great, but the pants are way too long for me at 5'4". I suspect the jacket will get lots more wear!

In the value for the money category, you aren't going to find a better deal out there! This is a great heavy-duty rainsuit at a fantastic price. It's a little on the bulky side, but I think it's going to perform great!

Kimm D. from Royalston, MA:
I read other reviews before purchasing and now wish I hadn't. Others had stated how the pants were too small. Mine were just the opposite. I was going to order just Large, but based on the reviews I went the next larger and got the Extra Large. The jacket is ok - enough room to wear over something else without any issues at all....but the pants are large enough to fit two if not three of me in them. Probably someone weighing 300 or 400 pounds and standing 6 feet tall. I'm only 5'4 and weigh about 170. This set is definitely going back for the smaller size of the large. Like everyone else, however, I LOVE the construction of the set and wish there were definitely more pockets. But being a seamstress I can manufacture the pockets on my own. But I'm not about to tackle the size issue - the pants were just way too huge!

Richard L. from NORFOLK, VA:
Richard L from Norfolk, VA Suits are heavier than I thought they would be. Bought pink large for the wife, she normally wears a 10-12. Fit and finish look like they will work great. Only complaint is trying to figure out what size to order. Also bought men's blue xl for myself. Again looks like will work good over our mesh jackets. Ladies pants are lined and men's are not, at least the ones we just got are.

If you are going to put this over jeans - for a plus size girl you need to order 1 size up so its comfortable while sitting down.. Great quality - ugly color.. and I love pink. no pockets.

Christopher P. from WINONA, MN:
Sized well to wear over the top of leathers ... kept us plenty warm on a cool rainy morning, in fact too well. The pants cover well, which means they are not a quick on\off solution. Probably overkill for a light rain, but more than adequate for those willing to ride in a heavier rain.

Gretchen J. from FORT WAYNE, IN:
Awesome fit, awesome price, awesome performance. I had to use it the very next day after it arrived. I stayed dry as a bone. I got an XL so it would fit over chaps and leather coat in early spring/late fall riding if needed, but it was adjustable at the waist for both the pants and the jacket. I didn't get too warm nor too cool with it on during the rain. This was a great deal. It is a bit bulky and I think the manufacturers should sell it with one of those shrink bags (lol), but it fits into my saddlebags fine with room for other things as well. Bringing it with me on my first ever LONG road trip, so will really test it then.

Sharon G. from RIVIERA BEACH, FL:
Bought this last year and today was the first time I needed to wear the pants. Leaked like crazy, not sure what the deal was with the pants but my legs were soaked. Seat area was fine? Jacket was great, kept me dry there. Sizing does run large, but don't mind. I bought a Medium (I am 5'1") the pants are to long, but figured it would keep part of my boots covered up! Agree about the color it is not as bright, but still good.

Jerry T. from BELLINGHAM, WA:
Very good rain gear for the cost. Was hesitant at first because of the size. My wife is a small lady and could have worn a XS but only comes in a S for her. But when she puts on all her ridding gear and then the suit all works out well. Product is well made top notch. The color is a little darker then shown in the picture if that matter to you. Not quite so bright as the picture.

Kristin G. from BUFFALO, MN:
I ordered this suit the same size of my leather coat and was pretty spot-on, if not a little big (which was fine); we were waiting for the FedEx delivery truck before leaving for the weekend so I could bring it with – glad we did since it came in handy for the ride home getting caught in a torrential rain – the suit is a little bit thick/bulky but was pretty durable and kept me dry (and warm) for the most part (I got a wet butt where the water built up in the seat between me & the tank).

Karen D. from CRESTWOOD, IL:
The quality of this rain suit seems very good. Have not used it in the rain yet, but I do believe it will definitely serve my purpose. One issue, when I tried the pants on the strap that goes over my boot broke. The whole snap came off. Hopefully, I can get this repaired without too much hassle. The fit was great, true to the size chart. Would recommend this product.

William M. from SUFFOLK, VA:
Wife loves her new gear - perfect fit. She is 5"2"" and 160lbs (she said it was okay to tell) and wears sz. 12/14 misses - ordered a size large and it is great. Large enough to fit over clothing without being bulky. Length of pants not a problem as the edges ride atop her boots. Quality is great - heavy guage, much more than what was expected for the price. I paid $150.00 for my rain gear elsewhere and it is not as heavy guage, wish now I had known about Leatherup back then. Will be making future purchases. Delivery was fast - service superb. She also has the x-element armored cold weather pants and says they too are great. Low rider chaps too. Hmm - what will we purchase next? thanks Leatherup!

OMG! Love, Love this suit. The quality of this suit makes the price at $42.95 a steal! This suit comes large enough to fit over your regular gear. However, on my small petite frame I find it a bit big on me. The jacket is adjustable enough to fit well...but the pants are a bit baggy for me. But hey, I stay dry!

Pleasantly surprised at the quality (especially at that price!). Paid more at well-known retail store for my husband's, with similar quality. Material should be heat-resistant as promised, and should stand up to wind. Like the extra material on the seat of the pants (to help you stay on a wet seat, I guess ;) Haven't had the opportunity to use it in the rain yet, but hubby says it should work beautifully. I would recommend to someone looking for a suit to consider this one.

I've worn it for about 500 miles so far & very pleased with the warmth & is what I wanted. Couldn't find one that compared with this one especially for the cost. The only thing I really miss is there are no pockets on the coat, just 1 large one on the pant leg. I'm thinking of getting one for my husband for Christmas

Great rainsuit. Fit is true to size chart, but if you are a gal with curvy hips maybe even order a size up from what it says just for comfort. Quality item. Would be nice if it was a bit thinner to pack smaller but it is fairly heavy duty which isn't a bad thing. Keeps you dry in the rain and blocks out wind. Good Item!!

More than I expected. Great suit. Please watch the sizing-- I normally wear medium, but by sizing chart it said I should buy a small, I did buy a medium and very happy I did, a small would of fit, but not much extra room. Thank you "Leather Up" for the fast shipping. Haven't had a chance to wear suit yet--- I think just having it with me will keep rain away!

Excellent quality! Have yet to test it, so I dont know for sure how well it will hold up in the rain, but it's not a cheapie rainsuit. Used the sizing chart and was wavering between a S and M. Got the small and glad that I did. I'm 5'8", 140 lbs and the lengths were perfect. It's already sized larger to fit your jacket and pants. It fits perfectly over my Scorpion leather jacket and Scorpion touring pants. Also has boots straps to go under the boots. 3000 mile road trip, here I come!

This suit is awesome!! I read all the reviews prior to purchasing but I was still shocked at just how great it is. Very well made, heavy material. I almost purchased a Harley suit for twice the money and it was not even close to the quality of this one! Save money and buy here! Sizing seems to be right on as well. I normally wear a size 8 in pants and I purchased the medium and it fits great even over all my leather (coat, chaps). HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I just received this suit today, wow the quality is unbelievable!!! I live in Seattle so i will get a lot of use out of this suit. I went for a ride and of coarse it didn't rain, however you could not even feel the wind at all the suit runs a little big and the pants are very long, but it was great i could fit all my riding gear under the jacket and pants. I would recommend this suit to everyone. I ordered my husband the blue one.
