| Excellent!! My chest measures 55 so I ordered the 3xl and its perfect, the draw tabs around the waist allow the jacket to fit close if needed or more loosely if I wear more layers. The armor is nice but I took it out of the elbows and left in the shoulders. The leather is heavy and feels soft to the touch. I am very happy with this jacket. |

| I found ths jacket very comfortable, ordered one size larger. The cold weather liner is different; without the sleeves going to the wrist it just feels different. The lether is soft to start with and the stiching is well done, double and triple track. I would have prefered brass hardware. There are little things "missing": leather pull tabs on the zippers and a chest pocket snap. Even with a few "missing" items, this is a very good buy. No, I did not think about a return for credit, the jacket has too many positives when comparing it to others. |

| Very good Jacket, very heavy and thick leather, looks very nice. Manufacturing isn't absolutely perfect but this thing is gonna last years for sure.
To the specs! I'm 198 lbs and 5'10''', and the Large fits very good. I take medium on sweaters and some textile jackets. Just think that the inside vest is not included in the size chart, plus this jacket isn't lycra so it won't mold to your body so easily (in case you like tight fits like me). Also i'm a thick guy with some meat, not lean but the 198 isn't just belly or i probably would have needed an XL. The large leaves room for a sweater and good movement. Just measure your chest with a sweater, makes sure your belly is smaller, add a couple inches, and that's your minimum size from the chart here. In my case chest with sweater is 46-47, +2= 48-49, so i need a Large with 50'' for a good fit.
Can't say about riding comfort yet. For walking, it isn't as warm as my wool long-coat, but it's the warmest leather jacket I've ever used. Add to that the vents for hot days, and that makes it a very versatile jacket.
Would buy again anytime, can't beat the value for the price here. This is the place where i'll be getting my next leathers. |

| Great Jacket. The leather is nice and thick, and the overall quality is very good. I will say the jacket was a little stiff when I first got it. But after about a week of wearing it, it loosened up and is now one of the most comfortable leather jackets I own. With the liner in, it is very warm. Warm to the point I've had to open the vents partially while shoveling snow from my drive way. As for sizing, I am 6'1", 210 lbs. with an average build. I wear an XL sized shirt and ordered the XL sized jacket. Fits perfect, with enough room to layer a sweatshirt under it. Not that I think you will need to, given that I've been riding in December, in Ohio (30 and 40 degree weather) with just a t-shirt and the jacket, and jeans. The pockets are great as well, I've carried my smartphone, multiple packs of cigarettes, gloves, and wallet, all at the same time and didn't even notice them. With the way the pockets lay your items against your body its very comfy.
I love this jacket and would recommend it to anyone. |

| The page does not do this jacket justice. If you are looking for a lightweight jacket to pal around with your buddies with, one that you are just looking for a "look" in, skip this and look at another one. If you want a jacket that will probably save your hide and has cushioning in most of the right places (nothing armored in the back, sadly) this is the jacket for you. I did my MSF course in this jacket and a rainsuit (it was raining all weekend) and I stayed dry from the rain, but with the liner in this thing, I sweated myself wet. The liner is warm, and if you close the vents and add the rainsuit jacket, you are going to sweat. The jacket weighs a lot more than it looks, and that is a GOOD thing. The leather is thick, supple, and looks amazing. The vents really DO ventilate (had to pull over the other morning because I was freezing with all of them open and no liner zipped in that day), so you don't sweat if no liner is used, no raincoat on, and the vents open. I especially love how well the zippers are done, they are heavy, don't snag on the lining badly, and they are not likely to break the first few times used. This jacket will last me for a long time, maybe the rest of my life. It is an incredible deal at this price, and I wish Leatherup made one in my wife's size, but they unfortunately do not. It is an amazing piece of protection for anyone riding on the roads or in the brush. NICE! Delivery was rocket fast too! |

| I am really enjoying this jacket. I commute about 20 minutes in 35 to 45 F degree weather, sometimes with rain, and this jacket keeps out the cold and rain. I am 5' 11", 160 lbs, and I ordered a SMALL, despite everyone's advice on here, and it fits great! I will say that it is somewhat uncomfortable to fully bend my arms with the elbow pads in, but this minor issue does not make me regret getting the small. And I have no issues wearing a sweater underneath. Snug but not the least bit restrictive, which is just what I was looking for.. |

| I just received this jacket. It is exactly what I expected.
Originaly, I was hesitant to order an Xelement jackt. I saw the good reviews on this site, but I figured they must be from folks who are used to buying "bargain" equipment. It wasn't until I was on one of the Harley boards and reviewed the discussion on the Xelement jackets and many folks who owned Harley and Vanson leathers talked up the Xelement brand. That's what convinced me to buy. The jacket itself is convincing me to continue shopping at Leatherup.com.
I ordered the extra large as I normally wear a large. There is not a lot of extra room, but I can still get a sweatshirt on underneath it. The liner is very light, so I don't expect that it's providing much warmth, but it's not atypical of the liners in other jackets this style. The zippers are heavy duty like you'd expect. I got this on sale and paid $110 with free shipping. I ordered this on Friday night and received it on Thursday. For the money, you just cannot go wrong with this jacket. |

Received it tonight, the fit seems good so far, I'm a large(42 chest) and order large, but haven't riden with it yet. If its near 40* in the morning, I'll try it out, 56 miles to work, that will be the test.

| This jacket is excellent at any price, let alone what its selling for here. I've spent 5x as much on leather jackets that I wasn't 1/2 as happy with as this one.
Very thick leather, nice collection of pockets, etc. It has no back armor built in, but the elbow and shoulder armor is good. Sizing was spot on pretty much. Its plenty warm without the liner, haven't tried it with yet. And it looks cool. :) I've become a LeatherUp fan. The quality of the stuff you can get off this site for the money is unreal. |

Nothing about it feels cheap. The leather is excellent and heavier than my other "Brando. Zips and stitching are all tip top. Has a 'broken in' feel straight out of the box. I recommend it. |

| This leather jacket fits great. I am a size 39-40, 5' 10", and the medium is perfect. The leather is super heavy, something I really enjoy. It looks cool, if that is important to you. Again the leather is great. A store near me has jackets like this with the same thickness of leather and with elbow/shoulder padding, and they start at over $300. The only negative is that the sleeves when fully zipped closed, let a little too much cold air in on early spring riding, but I may have thin wrists. For the summer, this will be one great jacket. |

| After looking for months for leather PPE, I kept coming back to LeatherUp.com. No one can come close to the pricing. I am a big guy, 6'1", 310#, I used the aize chart and I ordered for my size expecting to have to return it. But open the box and it fix perfectly. Even the sleaves are at good lenth to cover ur gloves when riding. And with the zip out lining, they are not too hot for this Texas heat. Got them in and went on a big ride the next week, un fortunately I had to "try them out" and had a low-side slide on a blind left. The leather did its job spendedly. The EMS crew was amazased that I didnt have abrasions down the entire left side of my body. The leather didnt shread like you usually see with this kind of slide on Texas rural highways. I owe my body, if not my life to the quality of product at LeatherUp.com. |

| I received my jacket very quickly after I ordered it and it fit great. The leather is thick and the entire jacket is sturdy and heavy. I ordered a medium size and it is a slight big but for wearing layers underneath it is perfect. I am about 5'7" and 168 lbs and have about a 40 in. chest size and the only area it is a little big is around my stomach and waist. The adjustable velcro straps help but do not quite get tight enough. Other than that I am greatly pleased and would recommend the jacket to anyone! |

I wound up paying 3 times as much fro a 3X H-D jacket. My wife has bought from Leather Up with success and had this jacket fit so would I. I recommend you being very generous when you measure and then order the next size up. |

| I just recieved the Pistol Pete Jacket. I is very good quality leather and I anticipate years of use out of it. I ordered XL which is my normal size. It fits about perfect. Howver my chest is around 48 and waist is 36 or so. If my waist were near my chest measurments it would probably not zip up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for the classic MC look with a bit of soft protection in the elbow and good thick leather. |
