| I've had this half helmet now for 350 miles on my bike, 25 to 45 mph wind gusts, 0 to 85 mph on spedometer, no helmet rise at any speed or in windy conditions. sun visor keeps the high sun from entering your riding glasses, comfortable fit as I expected from other reviews, sizing chart was right on. Chin strap was un noticeable, as for lenght of strap when buttoned back also un noticeable at any speed. Easy to take off and on due to length of strap, just loosened it up with out taking it through D rings then putting it back on and a pull from strap and WA LAA, the other riders I ride with were still fiddleing blindly with their D rings, Good looks, lite and easy on/off, thanks LeatherUp, gonna order a riding jacket and gloves now from you. |

| Helmet is Ok. Wish the liner wasn't so thick. I have a BIG NOGGIN and with the thicker liner it tends to ride high. Can you say Gazoo? Outlaw really needs to toss this chin strap. Who developed this thing. I mean I would have to be "Ballchinian" to use the length of this thing! I mean come on. Fold the thing back and forth for a quad thickness then try to snap the end in the little button thingy? Who put this strap in service? Get it out of the assembly, PLEASE! One last comment: I assumed, uh oh, that this helmet would have the weight similar to the Daytona Carbon Fiber Helmet. I don't think it is. On a scale this model only weighs 1/2 pound than my full open face helmet. Why get Carbon if it is still carrying that much weight? Just my opinion. Good/dry/safe riding to all. |

| After wearing the scull helmet for 5 years, I thought I would never find another sleek helmet that would fit just as welll. I'm glad to report that this helmet doesn't only fit better, But it is even more sleek then the scull helmet!
I bought the medium for me, And the small for my wife. Both helmets are true fit and very comfortable. The beefy straps may be an issue during the summer months, However, What helmet isn't an isssue during very warm weather.
We love the design, The snug fit, The lightweight and the sleek price we paid for them. If you're looking to replace your old helmet, I highly recommend it. I think most people will make this their favorite helmet they ever purchased. |

| I measured my head to be 23 and a half inches, so I ordered a large thinking I'd rather have the helmet be a little too tight than a little too loose. Wrong. The helmet was very tight, so much that it wouldnt sit on my head correctly, so I had to reorder an XL. Once I got that, I was happy with the fit, so if you are near the upper end of the size scale, I recommend going up to the next size.
Another negative about these helmets (both the L and XL models I got) was the D-Ring strap is very poorly designed. Ive used many helmets with a D-ring strap and this one by far is the hardest to tighten and loosen. I dont really know what more to say but it just has a poor design.
But its not all bad, aside from the strap, the helmet itself is really well made. You will spend twice as much to get a comparable helmet from other companies. Once I got the XL, it felt comfortable on my head and I like the look. The little visor is purely cosmetic and doesnt block any sunlight.
In a nutshell, this is a great helmet for the price, it looks good, fits comfortably on my head, and appears to be solidly made, but be prepared for a useless visor and a frustrating D-Ring strap. |

| I ordered this helmet in 2009. Liked it a lot. It was comfortable and didn't "wind wobble" at high speed. It would be nice to have a curtain in the winter but that's the only negative to this helmet. | These are great helmets. I think they do run a little large. I usually wear a large and my wife wears a medium. I ended up wearing the medium and ordered a small for my wife. I kept the large for a spare because the shipping back to California from Michigan was going to be like $18 and I didnt figure it was worth it.
I guess my only complaint would be that the strap is a little to long and the snap is kind of a pain to fish through the metal ring but that is nothing a quick release wont fix. |
