Great Bags. I would have liked a better way to tie them onto my support bars.

Mike G. from WESTERVILLE, OH:
I bought the X840-Saddlebag 5 years ago for my 03 HD Wide Glide and they lasted all that time. I was very happy with them but they finaly wore out and needed replaced. I was looking for ones that held all the stuff I could put in the X840 so I tried the X665ZB-Saddlebag but they were way to big for the Wide Glide. The X840 and all the styles like them were always sold out so I tried the X658ZB-Saddlebag. You couldn't get much of anything in these bags. They drove me nuts so I tried this bag (X800-Saddlebag). So far they seem to be great. I photograph bikers and bikes so I sometimes carry a lot of gear and I haven't had any issues packing them. I haven't had them in the rain yet so I can't speak to that but so far I've very happy with these bags.

Elizabeth P. from CRAIG, MO:
Bought these to replace my existing bags, and couldn't be happier with them! They fit great (2005 Honda Shadow Aero 750), and they are every bit as waterproof as advertised. Went on an Honor Flight during what we midwesterners call a 'gully-washer', and everything stayed dry! Well, except when I opened the bag and dripped into it, but that's kind of a given. The zippers are great for pulling everything in the house (or a hotel, if you travel), and super easy to use. The only thing I've had to adjust was the soft mount; on the tightest holes, the right bag still sat on my Vance and Hines exhaust. I cinched it down another notch and that makes the zipper on one side a little harder to reach, but it still works ok. I've also received numerous complements on the appearance of the bags! Love these, and hope they are still on the market when I wear out my current set.

Robert H. from Pearl, MS:
Just got the bags today, so I have not tried them out yet. They look great on my 1998 Honda Shadow ACE 1100, though. I was afraid placement of the turn signals might be an issue but it doesn't look as if that will be the case at all. Best of all in this purchase was the customer service. I placed the order on Monday evening and received the product on Friday morning. The price could not have been beat. I wish they were about an inch deeper, but for the price and the service, I am happy. Anyway - room for more stuff is taken care of by my tail bag if I need it on a trip..

Kurt S. from DULUTH, MN:
Well-constructed and they look suitable on bikes other than cruisers too. I wish they had a tie-off loop on the lower front inside to tie to the bike somewhere to help keep them from swinging up and out when empty or lightly loaded. Love the quick opening buckles. Great price.

I bought these for my 1986 Honda Shadow VT110c. I installed them under the backseat and they fit perfectly and look great. I am pleased as can be at the look and fit. I have run back and forth on the highway and the bags stayed down. Great price and free shipping. Thanks Leatherup.

I bought these bags for my Harley Fatboy 2008 I had them installed under the backseat worked perfectly went to Nashville from Miami and Back. They worked great I liked the zipper so I can take them into my room at night and reinstall them in the morning. Need to have something inside them to prevent flapping. Highly reccomended bags, a little small but excellent for the price.

Leatherup gets stars for usual selection and price. These bags are ok for the price - kinda plastic-y but that was no surprise. Prospective buyers note that the dimensions are EXTERNAL and kind of arbitrary. The bags are lined with a corrugated plastic material for stiffening, and the INSIDE dimensions are 13-1/2 inches wide X 10 inches high X 4-3/4 inches deep. Take note...

I purchased these bags just a week after buying my first bike in 12 years. They arrived promptly and were packaged in excellent condition. Upon opening the box, I couldn't believe that I only paid 69 dollars for these bags. They look great, feel good, and turn my friends heads when I ride up. Thanks LeatherUp...I'll be spending more time on your website in the future.

Fit my 2011 Sportster 1200C like they were made for it. Using Easy Bracket mounts makes for a perfect lockable, easily removeable system. They're on the Sporty as part of the daily-rider commuter bike and they're perfect. Been caught in the rain countless times and everything always stays dry. You definately will not find a better bag for anywhere near this price!

Valentyn S. from MARSHALL, TX:
Works and fits well on my Shadow Aero 750 without turn signal relocation. My exhaust is 2in1, so there's plenty of room left under the bags. Corrugated plastic lining makes them nice and stiff enough to use without support if not overloaded. I would recommend support brackets on Aero though (in case you're wondering). If you consider bigger ones for a shadow, you'd have to go with slanted ones... Hope it helped someone.

I couldn't believe the price. They are tough vinyl but look like leather. I liked the smaller size (for a 250). The adjustable saddle allowed me to provide plenty of clearance from the pipes. Great for groceries, tools, etc. High value and great service.

I really like them, a much better fit than the last saddlebags I bought from Leatherup. They were great too, but just didn't fit my Sporty right (too big). These do, even though they are smaller, they look like the came with the bike. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. I especially like the "quik release" buckles.

As is always mentioned, Leatherup is, bar none, the best in customer service and speed of delivery, that hasn't changed. The bags work great. My only complaint is that it was tough to get my seat back on once I'd placed the bags across the fender. I'll chalk it up to not having the right tools, but my seat still doesn't sit flush at the front insert. (For reference, I've got a '95 Kawi Vulcan all stock)

These bags are awesome. large, nice looking. Locks on the quick release clips, and expandable. They also have a nice large leather strap that covers the inside of the bag to ensure it is waterproof. My friend who already has saddle bags is jealous of the new bags I got.

Brian T. from FAIRFIELD, OH:
I bought this bag, uncertain of whether it would fit my black Suzuki GZ250 (biker bike coming soon!). Great fit! I adjusted the straps to make them shorter and I was good to go. They look very stylish and a month later they still look like brand new even after enduring rain and major pollen. The space inside is enormous. I fit 2 regular sized bags of ice on each side and still had room (they fit vertically, but about and inch too high to seal the bags.) I fit 3 half gallon cartons of milk on one side plus a few other groceries. Leatherup does it again! By the way, it arrived literally days after I ordered it I assumed when the package arrived it must be something else I forgot about because surely the saddlebags didn't get here that quick!

Purchased bags for 07 1200 HD Sportstert C, they are great for the $. I didnot add any surpport for the bags. As of today, I haven't has any problems with bags rubbering or flying around. Time will tell how long they will last. The description of the bags are on point. The look is very nice. Be sure to measure your bike before ordering this bag or any bag.

Great bags! Made well and look good. Quick disconnect straps and lots of room. I can put an insulated full body suit and my chaps in one side easily. You can also remove the bags with out completely taking the whole set up off. They have a handle on top, so you can remove them and carry them like a briefcase. Cannot find a better set for the money. Believe me I looked for 2 weeks online before I found these. Now I check out what they have on here first.
