| My husband loves the boots, they fit perfectly, good quality leather. Delivery took longer than expected and I received no response from customer service upon my phone call or emails. But when the boots finally arrived I highly recommend them and and LeatherUp.com.
I also ordered a motorcycle jacket for my husband, a 2X, which should have been plenty big for him, but was actually too small. I returned it today for an exchange to size 3X. The quality of the jacket, leather, style was fantastic. I suggest anyone ordering jackets order at least one size, perhaps two sizes larger than they normally wear.
If you do a search on the web for information on LeatherUp.com as I did, you will find several sites where people are upset with the site, did not like their products, had problems with customer service. I cannot speak for them on products because my hubby and I think the product is great, I can however say that their customer service could be much better. I will order from them again. |

| They feel great! Definitely a boot that's made for tough wear and tear (aka NY winters hahaha). If you're not sure which size suits best, go with the smaller size. I'm usually an 11.5 so I went with 11, and they fit perfectly. |

| I did not buy these boots for protection. I bought them for the image. For that these boots look great, are comfortable, and are sturdy. These boots are top quality for their type and it was a great buy. However, from the perspective of a sportbike rider, the protection these boots can offer could be better. I am not saying that the construction is flawed or that these are cheap. For example, there is no good ankle protection besides the obvious leather construction.
And if you're on the border between two sizes, order the smaller size. |

| Great value for price. The fit is dead on order your true size. My foot is a 9 3/4. Boots are a little loose which indicates a true size ten fit. A nice heavy sock and I am all set.
Soft leather. nice look, shipping as promised with tracking number provided, and boots broke in easily. I was so satisfied that I just ordered a helmet and saddlebags without searching another website.

| I have a high instep that makes it difficult to find a boot that I can get on without a lot of effort. The zipper side on this Xelement boot solves my problem and still provides the style and look that I like. They are a little loose in the heel, but the snug fit under the harness helps keep my feet from sliding. Once they are broken in and stretch a little, I'll add some insole inserts to help maintain a comfortable fit. |

| This boot is Excellent! I purchased a size 11 first, for I wear an 11 in Wolverine and Timberline (Sears) work boots. But the 11 was too tight on the sides. I have very wide feet. Like a double E or tripple E in some brands. I returned them for a size 12 and it fits perfect. You may want to order a size up if you have wide feet like myself. The boot breaks in very easy and is VERY comfortable. You will be pleased with this purchase. |

| Boots came tight...I thought I may need to exchange but after breaking them in after a week, they are very comfortable now. I wear them for everyday use along with riding. I suggest getting them really warm and then putting them on to break them in faster. I've kept the same insole, and are very happy with them. The soles are really tough and don't cut up easily. Outer part has a nice look to them and the zippers are quality as well. No snags or problems. Highly recommended. |

| Boots look great. Mine seem to be a 1/2 size large, so I'll need an insert or thicker socks. I've never worn boots this far above the ankle, but the boot seems very wide in the calf area. There's a 1 inch gap in front of my shin and another behind my calf when standing upright. I was planning on tucking the boot under my pants, so hopefully this will help with the weird feeling while walking. Overall, happy with the purchase (although the price dropped $10 after I bought them). |

| We bought these boots for my husband and he is so pleased with them. He is very flat-footed, and many times the break-in period on new boots or shoes is difficult. However, these boots were comfortable from the beginning, and did not take long to break in. Usually we both take sneakers with us on motorcycle trips, especially when we are going to a town where we might shop and explore on foot. These boots are so comfortable that he can wear them all day with no foot or ankle fatigue or soreness. They look good on his feet, too - very masculine but still enough detail to make them look much more expensive than they were!..
